The 2009 Rant, Vent, and Share thread
I opened my locker this morning and found a note which had been slipped through the vent things that said "I hate you B***H." I think that's pretty mean. I don't really know anyone who hates me, at least not enough to put that in my locker, so it was kind of odd. I think either my best friend did it as a joke(she denied that, but she's a good liar and wouldn't admit to it unless I was upset) or this girl who hates my best friend(we have the same name) put it there. It didn't bother me too much, but it wasn't a very positive way to start the morning.
Also, mother nature is a frickin tease. One day she sheds all her thick snow for you and promises you what you want if you'll only wait a while, and the next day she's totally cold.
Edit: I was skimming over Hyena's post up there to Ryu and thought it said "Weed really helped me." I was like :O what horrible advice to give to someone!

@bravo, while it is true i'll ride in black helocopters, and whisk people away into the night, i wont be doing it to silence them, but to save their life. That's the job of a pararescueman.
my friend today decided it was a great idea to do leg excersises and then swim. i for one think it was a terrible idea, and will anounce so at his funeral. i'm just kidding. but it was a killer thing to do. tomorrow he wants to do arms and then swim. which is stupid again.
speaking of arms, that stupid uneven shoulder muscle is uneven again. sigh, i wish i could be ambidextourous(sp) i'm pretty sure that would solve the problem.

Well I went to browse and searched for rouge and found 4 or 5 comics with the word "rogue" misspelled as "rouge" in the summary so it seems to be a common mistake.
Why is Drunkduck experiencing very little traffic on the forums lately? I mean I know I'm not around much but the progress of these threads, mostly in other sections such as Media and Games, seem very slow. Where did all the activity go? This place is deader than J–no no, it's too soon even for me to say that.

I think DD is moving pretty fast, forum games seems slower except for DD mafia, and comic discussion is moving along very fast(my fav forum)And advertising discussion is actually getting posts that aren't months apart.
I just made the best salad ever, oh man yum. I used to hate salads too haha oh child me. It had a bunch of healthy stuff in it, only i washed it down with ranch dressing and a coke xD
Huh…I'm usually the 3rd-5th reply to this threads new pages.
I dunno if it's that much slower as of late- the forums seem pretty much the same to me, although I guess it depends on what time of the day it is. I have noticed that I've been gettin' a couple hundred less page hits than I did last week, but my rank hasn't really gone down. Dunno if that's indicative of anything, or if it's just DD's "slightly" inaccurate stat keepin'. ;)

So i'm trying to make a logo/name to attach to my comics to make it seem like they're part of a bigger, more important thing. (so i'll be all like made by:____' in the footer) Oh yeah brand me baby
I like designs with leaves and that curvy minimalist fontface so i guess I'll go with that. All i need is a name that's not totally lame..

I just came up with the coolest name!! :) :) Seriously cool and catchy, though i checked on google and some other weird site had it- but i checked the trademark&patent registry and it's not listed anywhere.

So I've got ads up on my comic now, and somebody who makes custom animal hats bid way more on my ad than it is worth, considering my not-exactly-stellar number of page views. No one has even clicked it. Not once. I mean, it's like, beanies with ears on 'em. I don't know why, but I find this to be frickin' hilarious. I wish the ad wasn't pink, though. Ick.
