Out of curiosity. What would happen if a Mafia member gets voted in as mayor. Does that mean that townies practically loose?

I'll go ahead and make it a little more clear. The mob activated their random. One of the benefits was to end the current day and begin their night cycle.

I won't reveal any assigned role, that is up to the person to reveal that if they wished.

I notice the vote I cast is not up there. Well, it wouldn't have turned the election anyways, so I suppose it doesn't matter.

I'm going to a gun show today so I'll be away from a pencil and paper for most of the day, but I'm going to work on a page for the comic.

Red, Let me be the first to say that that Random role is crap and recommend that it never be used again.

I believe in a well rounded game with everyone having an equal chance to get their votes in. (Except Vak evidently.) I do not think a cycle advancing role should be allowed in other games.

It also lets us know what exactly the random does, so naturally we will be hunting them down first.

Also, not knowing the pardoner is crap. The pardoner and the mayor are always public roles (mainly because it would suck if we lynched one of them by accident.)

My final beef is about the time change thing again. If the mafia uses this ability again, I will personally go Rambo on them dead or alive. Mainly, because it throws off my comic schedule. I try to get each page done by midnight after the end of each cycle. This time change really throws off my groove. (And I'm not even drawing pages yet.)

I am confused and disoriented. I think I forgot to wind my watch.

JK - my watch is electric. Seriously - it has a cord to plug into the wall.

So Crocty is mayor and maybe Hakoshen is Pardoner. And the mafia have a random. I am not sure how it will help them since hastening the day cycle doesnt really DO anything. Unless they can cycle the day BEFORE any votes for lynching are in.

That works. Interesting. But I think this would really mess things up for different time zone folks. A whole day cycle could happen while they are sleeping.

It also made it colder - or was that just narrative?

But if the Mayor is mafia that random Day cycle thingy would be really powerful.
Crocty, did you know what the random was BEFORE you traded a life for it?
