Hi everyone.
I was thinking of an idea for a thread.
Now this may have been already done.
And some may think that it might be better on a cooking community webpage…
I like to cook and so does my wife
but I thought to myself, "everyone likes to eat, right?"
so here it is…
The WHAT I HAD FOR DINNER LAST NIGHT Thread.
What I was thinking is people could share recipes of what they cooked last night.
It could be as novice as…
a peanut butter and jelly sandwich to…
spiced lamb shanks with cranberry sauce!!!
But one thing try to keep it to what you had last night.
Not 2 nights ago…
Not 2 months ago…
Not 2 years ago…
Keep to last night.
Here to get us started:

What I had for dinner last night...
Well, I ordered in a pizza last night so I'll have to wait a while before I can post anything useful here.lol – Wait, did you mean it that way? Because it's even more funny if you didn't.
I had Chinese food delivered, so I had the most typical order-in meal possible.
~General Tso's chicken
~pork fried rice
~pork egg roll
~can of Pepsi
~fortune cookie containing the fortune: "You will learn something new every day."
Omg, I corrupted this into a fastfood topic. Damn my unhealthy ways.Lol – Wait, did you mean it that way? Because it's even more funny if you didn't.
It wasn't meant like that, I've gotta be more careful what I type in future XD
well it is what you had for dinner last night.
I am not going to fudge that…
I guess from the post thus far Tuesday night is "Take Out Night"!
We normally do that on Friday and sometimes Thursday…not as though its scheduled!

That sounds heavy!
Sounds like a meatloaf burger.
but I am always willing to try something new.
I gonna try it and let you know how it goes.
Last night wasn't too creative.
We had one of those bag of frozen chinese vetables and sauce and you add the meat.
It was the sesame sauce one.
But when I cook I like to experiment or better the dish with a couple additions.
So last night I took the chicken and pan fried in olive oil and ginger paste.
I then added the bag o' frozen stuff and then added peanut sauce…yum.
Also baked soem frozen egg rolls to complete the chinese dish night.
