Here is the uniform for my school:
Boys Uniform:

Blazer - French Navy

Trousers - Charcoal grey

Tie (years 7-11) - Navy/gold

Socks - Short, dark grey/black

Shirt - White, long-sleeved (winter) or
short-sleeved (summer)

Pullover (Optional, only in cold weather) - Navy trimmed with gold or plain navy

Shoes - Black or dark brown

Coat - Plain navy or black or Anorak, Plain navy or black

This is all fine by me, i wear a lot of blue anyway

there are no restrictions on hair and nail length (just so long as the style isn't too wild).

Short hair. By that I mean hair couldn't touch your ears, eyebrows, or collars. More punishment for offenders

well, it's cool now, my fringe now touches my chin, my ears cannot be seen and I am rarely able to use both eyes at the same time due to my frindge constantly covering one

I live in the uk so every school has a uniform, mine is:
- Dark blue top.
- light blue or white tshirt.
- Black trouser.
- Black shoes.
They say we have to wear that crap so people cant tell whether your rich or poor.

i had a uniform from pre-k till senior year

in lower school (thats what we call it here) i had a beige dress- like cover all and those starched rigid awful blouse shirts

for middle school and high school i had - (beware inappropriatness now..) a short skirt and cute tight polo shirts. think school girl fetishy porn and you got the idea.

I've gone to Catholic school all my life.
I wore a uniform from Kindergarten to 8th Grade…
But now I go to the only Catholic school in the area that DOESN'T require uniform. The dress code is still pretty strict though… especially for the guys… For some reason the girls don't have to wear collared shirts, but the boys do… The girls are also allowed to have hoods… and wear untucked shirts… and they don't need to have belts either… What the hell?

My school uniform was great, it is actually my favourite colour scheme, Black blazer, Black trousers, black shoes, white shirt, red, black and white striped tie.

I love school uniforms, they rock out.

Except the insane rule we had that under no circumstances were you allowed to remove you blazer without permission from a staff member on pain of detention, which as you can guess caused some issues when summer came around.

Due to a recent gang of people who wear pink shirts called "The Pink Slips" we had to start wearing Polo shirts and dress pants, P.E we have to wear sleeveless shirts and shorts without pockets.

Lots of sicko websites have gallerys of girls in school uniforms, I'd assume websites with similar content for homosexual men also have gallerys of school uniforms.

Me, I could give a shit less what I wear. I never really cared enough to dress up for school and I don't really care what I wear now.

Personally I have never worn a uniform, but hope that someday I get the chance. I know a lot of people thinks that takes away from indivigualism(sp?) ( and for the most part it does ) But to a degree, I think it would be kind of nice not having to worry what to wear in the morning. With uniforms it's a pretty can-can't system.
Both of my parents make a great deal of money, I get a pretty good allowance and on top of it I have a job–so you wouldn't think I'd care too much but: I hate seeing people be like: 'you shop THERE?!' A lot of people don't have that kind of money for brand name clothes or the newest 'hot item' from wherever whenever. I think uniforms would be nice so that less people will worry so much about say 'I can't wear these pants cause they're out of style' rather than what you're actually in school do do. Learn-and learn how to communicate socially with others. ( I am not referring to going in the bathroom and talking about the hottest guy/girl in school)
So again, I like the ideas of uniforms. I dunno if this is so much what you wanted for a post, but I felt it needed to be said and that maybe some schools/towns/sociaties that are having trouble with students and this out look on life (disruppting their inviorment and stressing them over something that really isn't that big of a deal—and seriously won't be that big of a deal 10 years down the road)
Being who you are should not be based on clothes alone and through something more. And I think uniforms ( for some ) may help.
Sorry if this post is diffrent than you hoped it would be. And sorry if it offended anyone. I mean it in the nicest way and I hope people can understand (even if they don't agree) what I mean and that my opinion comes from experience through friends and sociaty as a whole.

When I was five, I had to wear a skort and Polo-type shirt to school. Then I moved. So… Well, I like uniforms. Especially …. Japanese sailor fuku!!11 *cough* Anyway, I think that uniforms are really cute!

yea i like uniforms too.
don't have to worry about picking a different outfit everyday
or coming in with the same outfit as some other person
it was so funny when that would happen on dress down day

I have, my uniform consisted of a tucked in black polo shirt and black pants.

I hate pointless rebellion, during secondary school I wore correct uniform perfectly every day for 5 years, just to be different.
