Heh… I could've been a farmer if video games hadn't gotten a hold on me.
I've been a farmer WHEN video games had gotten a hold on me… everyone's redneck for Harvest Moon!

I guess that's dependent on what you consider a "dream job". Now if we're talking a job I would have IN my dreams, it would probably be something like commentator of the chimpanzee olympics. But if you're talking a job that I could actually hope to get (Until they come out with chimp olympics) I would say it would be working as a 3D modeler at a game company like Bioware. I'm in school for that, but chances are I won't be working at an A-list company like that, at least not for a while…
I would love to be a Paranormal Investigator than anything else.
i WANT to be a cartoonist but i relized they get all there salary from sponsers well mostly i think that or a game desiner for nintendo ether way the good jobs.i think it would be better for pay if i was the game desiner but then i might have to learn japense but id have less money for a cartoon dertor but it seems funer to tell people what to make and it happens or a voice attor for a cartoon.
I'm currently a high school art teacher. It's fun although marking is never fun and neither are kids with poor decision making skills (my colleague caught three of them yesterday about to skateboard down a flight of stairs as it was snowing wet snow. I was so shocked by the stupidity of that that I couldn't muster enough energy for anger.)
I wouldn't mind owning a bookstore to be honest. I know managing a small business is tough and doesn't quite have the financial security as a job involving a union, but it would be nice to be my own boss.
I also wouldn't mind a job where I can stop working when it's time to go home. :S
Ever since i was a little kid i always dreamed of becoming one thing. My dream job is to become an animator (or storyboard artist) and eventually create my own original series. Of course this will mean working for a studio (supported by a television network) and doing the less than pleasant jobs for a couple years or even a few decades. But it's my dream, and im more than happy to suffer for it.
my back up is to try to get a comic published (along with possibly doing some jobs in graphic design), get fat die.
But my plan to achieve this i think will totally work, i think i got all the kinks worked out of it.
step 1:
stop sucking
step 2:
get a job
step 3:
die (retire if possible)
i think that's a pretty solid plan.
I have two dream jobs…
1. To train and embrace my artistic skills to one day become a graphic novel illustrator/author.
2. To become a graphics designer and one day illustrate a kick ass video game.
I would love to be a Paranormal Investigator than anything else.
Hooray a new game for me to play!
Actually I would love to make point and click games but I don't have the patience for that kind of thing. I could probably come up with a story, but not a strong enough one to support a point and click game. Mysteries and such aren't my writing strong points. Also did I mention I'm lazy? But yeah, as dream hobbies go, making point and click games would be fun :)
Have you played the Space Quest series? You don't need to make a story, you just need to make it quirky and fun.I have not played space quest nor monkey island.
Then again, have you played Grim Fandango?
I also wouldn't mind a job where I can stop working when it's time to go home. :S
There's a job like that? huh!?
