Hello!
I'm Sen. I make comics that I mirror here. I've been on DD for a long time, even back on the old version that totally died. I never posted on the forums, though…UNTIL NOW!
I have a design portfolio (full of websites and art and such) and spend way, way too much time on video games. <3 Seriously, I just love them. They, among other things, inspire almost everything I do (and have come to a point now where they can be an art).
Anyway, nice to make your acquaintance. :D If you want to know more, ask or explore my sites (in the sig)…evidently our personalities manifest in everything we create.

Aww, Custard is short on the cantankerous sass we all know and love. =[ I guess we'll manage somehow.

So… I guess welcome to the forums, Sen - can't very well welcome you to the Duck as you've been here significantly longer than I have ^.^ Mmm, video games. What's your favorite? What are you currently playing? I'm working on the third Star Ocean, woo hoo!

Well welcome to the forums senior member Senshuu, you have been here waaaay longer than I have ;) I enjoy video games a lot too, but currently have no time to play them so I am just goofing off with Lego Star Wars once in a while…although I am currently in the middle of Blue Dragon, Lost Odyssey, Bio Shock, Ninja Gaiden, and many more…Hopefully I will finish one of them soon :)

Amanda - I just bought Chrono Trigger DS and am blazing through it. I forgot how short the game is, though. :( I'm used to my RPGs just getting started at around 20 hours. Also, Super Paper Mario, Kirby Superstar Ultra, Persona 3, etc. etc.!

Mushroom - is Lost Odyssey good? I don't have a 360 but I want the game aahhh

Puff - Heyyyyy

Hey, what happened to Trout's post? He loves these gamers love-ins.

Hello Senshuu, I'm afraid I don't know much about games: the last one I played was a sort of ping pong thing that went "BLIP…BLAP…BLIP…BLAP" although I understand things have moved on since then. Your site suggests that you know your stuff - I must explore further - as soon as I get to grips with this…

BLIP…BLAP…BLIP…………….

Hey, I got started on games relatively late in life. I played many games of ACTUAL ping-pong before ever knowing what Pong was. And in fact, Super Mario was a cartoon to me before he was a video game character. (Strange but true) %D

Pretty soon I'm gonna be messing around with creating webcomic-related games in Flash. I have a couple templates to fool with. :D

G'day. :stache:

Spend a lot of time on video games, do ye? Then I assume you're familiar with the Elder Scrolls and Half-Life series?

Stupid Ozone and his desire to make the Hello/Goodbye forum an enjoyable and welcoming experience is what bloody happened.

Edit: Know what else I love? When I make a typo and then having my internet cut off when I try to fix it.

Actually, no. But one day I will strive to broaden my horizons! (When I'm done with my mass of unfinished/nearly-finished games)

I've never been accused of either - better start looking for a new site!

Edit: Actually, it was your abusive hello posts and the fact that you play the ukelele that helped me choose this site over another: that probably says more about me than it does about DD.
When I read your posts, I always imagine you singing them as you strum along like George Formby.

Lost Odyssey is excellent! It's probably the best RPG for X-Box that I have played so far…I wasn't a big fan of the Elder Scrolls and have yet to play Fable 2 [darnit] which will probably take the place of Lost Odyssey ;) I was a BIG fan of the first Fable.

Is Chrono Trigger on the DS any better/different than the previous port to Playstation or the original SNES? All I heard about it was a few more cut scenes and a new ending…

Hey bro, you should try BLIP…BLAP…BLIP 2.0. I hear it's really good and available for your Commodore Pet… very exciting!

Sen, as Amanda said, you have been around a lot longer than me so no welcome but glad to know you. I did the art of tyour avatar and will go check out your work.

I love gaming but tend to be a few years behind.. just finished FEAR and the FEAR expansions… HA (love that game though).

Later, AG

(Trout… don't be ascared of Ozone… go for it!)

It has a new translation, and the graphics are a bit more refined. :D Also, the sound quality is amazing (if not a little high-pitched). There're a couple of new dungeons too, but I haven't gotten to them yet. I hear one of them looks as basic as an RPG Maker dungeon. :B

Aghammer - Actually, my avatar is from Loveless. Maybe I should change it to something I drew? More self-promotion, maybe? Anyway hi, and I always tend to be a little behind too. :D Dwelling in the late SNES/early PSX era is great.

Custard - But it took me years to master this tongue. :(

I may just have to pick it up….The late snes early psx era was great but the 360 and the Wii are just to awesome for me…and I love the DS

Dark Clown - That sounds almost appetizing.
Sea Cow - I love your avatar. (But did you know he's a Scientologist now? …it's true, I cannot stop thinking of it)
Mushroom - Yesss, get it. I'm lovin' all over my Wii and DS. Even if half my DS games are remakes! They're just fantastic.
