These four legged gun platforms are slow, but highly mobile carriers for their twin 20 mm cannons. The guns are based on a mixture of Russian and US anti-aircraft cannons. The muzzle brakes are based on the Lahti anti Tank rifle. They're run by the Tunisian French Colonial army in Pinky TA. The legs make them a lot more portable in unpaved rocky terrain than a wheeled gun carriage.
