Brenton:we were running out of food so i got some supplies from the market nearby.(this is nice. i never had this much peace and quiet with someone i care about since before Buu was a thing.)
*back in the main Universe Sakura wore her gi as she walked back outside*
Alex:yeah yeah hold your horses.*they then walked up to Shallot who transformed into a Supersaiyan2*
Shallot:well ready when you are…
Alex/Sakura:(she has that creepy look in her eyes.)*Sakura turned into a Supersaiyan still a bit unsure about fighting Alex*
Alex:*Alex looked at Sakura and then at Shallot*(well here goes something…)*Alex clenched both his fists as rocks floated up into the sky*HRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!!!!!!!!!*his now silver ki expanded across his body as his hair spiked up and electricity sparked all over his body*this is me? i feel incredible!

Sakura: uh, wh-Woaaaaahhh!!*catches herself and re adjusts for another kick firing blasts along the way*
Shallot: if you aren't careful*firing more blasts* you could dodge your way into enemy fire*creates a large orb throws it and watches it go off into smaller blasts directed towards him and sakura* or get distracted*charges up an energy blast*
Sakura:*makes contact with alex and then stops to dodge shallot's new attack* dang it, why do you put everything into a sparing match?!
Shallot: cause if you aren't giving 100% then you aren't getting anything new out of it! *fires the blast right at her sister*
Brenton:guh!*hearing this made Brenton trip out of his chair.he then sat back down and rubbed the back of his head*heh heh aw come on Alice! i can't help that!*he then crossed his arms looking like he was in deep thought as the gears turned in his mind*although if i have to guess…i let out so much of my Sayain side because of how strong i've gotten lately.dang i never really thought about it until now….or maybe i just subconsciously accepted my Saiyan side i dunno.but don't worry about me i still got plenty of human in me.*he then put his fist to his chest showing that he was human at heart*

Shallot:so you can do that too huh? let's see if you can handle this*purple ki wrapped around her arm as she made a brief explosion but thanks to Kaioken he dodged it and was about to punch her but he then felt something and vanished*huh? where did he-
Sakura:HA!!!!!!*Sakura fired a Kamehameha at Alex but since he vanished it hit Shallot instead*
Alice: *moves nearby and sits next to him* so, I need to clear my mind to do this right?

Brenton:exactly*she then sees him close his eyes looking calm and tried to copy this but nothing happened.but surprisingly a few hours later she opened her eyes and saw that she was surrounded in darkness*

Brenton:right now we are sharing a mindscape sorta like a dream but not really.now Alice i need you to relax and picture anywhere your mind would feel comfortable.*she closed her eyes and suddenly she appeared at Brentons home.the clone of Goku then appeared*phew good job! i thought i was gonna need a flashlight for a second there haha!
Alice:so this is my mindscape?
Brenton:more or less.to be honest i kinda used my ki in order to guide you to the right direction… but yeah you pretty much did the important part.
Alice:so what now?
Brenton:well the next step is to keep your mind focused and the best way to do that is to take on any fears or anything that might have been troubling you in the back of your mind.that way their won't be any distractions when we train or meditate.(unless you count Caulifla as a distraction..)

Alex:alright here we go.*they then caused shockwaves as they punched each other but this made Alex mad as he took off the Kaioken and kicked Shallot in the gut*why are you still holding back!?

Alex:how can i prove myself when you don't even follow your own advice?

Shallot:…fine.*in a instant she transformed into the hairy Supersayain4 state.Alex then to Shallot surprise dodged a incoming strike from her.this made him smirk as he kicked her knocking her a few feet away*
Alex:HAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!!!*he then fired a Kamehameha wave but Shallot knocked it towards the sky. she then gathered ki in her fist and tried to gut punch him but Alex grabbed her fist and punched her on the mouth making the Sayain bleed as she smirked*
Shallot:(tsk idiot still thinks he has something to prove.)
Alice: *slightly concerned*…Do, I really have to? I mean, what if it leaves my head? or worse what if it takes over and *gulp* I don't even know what's in my head!

Shallot: big mistake!*grabs his arm and grapples him* you really are something else I will say,*continues the hold now with some added pressure twisting it a little* You even made me bleed a bit.
Alex:glad to impress!*breaks the grapple and makes a ki sword and begins swinging forcing her to dodge a bit*
Shallot:*continues to dodge waiting for an opening*(you still have a long way to go to compete with me! fortunately I can fix that!)*finds it and grabs his arm with her tail and elbows him in the head down towards the ground and follows ready to drop on him charged up blasts in each hand* You better think fast, otherwise I win!
Sakura:Violet, could you get me a senzu bean?

Brenton:i uh actually can't it does that on it's own…but i did figure out it activates when your body feels relaxed or if you are asleep knockedout….almost dead.
Caulifla:hmm.*Caulifla transformed into the red god form and tried to relax her body by meditating.she then smirked as she removed the bandages*
Brenton:(i get it. Caulifla works better with a goal in mind.)
