If I didn't do lots of things that I have no idea how to do, I would never have learned how to do the handful of things I do know how to do.

Ross Bagdasarian and Janice Karman, the owners of the Alvin and The Chipmunks franchise have basically went into every aspect of their business (music production, animation production, film production, etc.) without knowing what they were doing . . . and most of their underlings resent them for it. Legendary Disney animator David Pruiksma worked on THE CHIPMUNK ADVENTURE and has nothing but bad memories of the production mainly due to the Bagdasarians' inexperience and incompetence.
