But atleast I'm not trying to beat it. In a hour and 20 mins I will start this game. It gives me time to write a narrative for how the first mayor was killed off X3.

Well I want to stick to what I said about every additional four players get one serial killer. I loved your idea bout the rival family being made out of the possible serial killers. But alass I don't think that will happen this game unless alot more people just decide to sign up within this hour.

The game should start in about 6 mins. I'll be doing 12:00 GMT or 4:00pm PST or 6pm CST or 7pm Eastern time.
