Compliment the Comic Belonging to the Person Above You!!

Human City: Ouch! Girl got hit upside the head with a baseball bat. I love the sound effect on that panel, really showing the force of the impact and causing the reader to "feel" the bat themselves. It's a painful panel to look at, and done amazingly well!

Looks like Midge beat me to that review, so I'll do his comic too.

BloodHound: Absolutely amazing what you do with the art here. The use of certain colors really help to contrast the bold black and white imagery that you tend to use, and helps the image in color really stand out from the rest! The detail on the hand is also superb, and I can't wait to see where this goes in the continuity of the story.

Temple and @$$hole went live today.

I must say, you have a very good eye for formatting. (You art is good too) But the way you use space is excellent including how you balance text and artwork and how the frames progress. Very nice!

Well Loud G, I read the George the Dragon comic of yours and I like it. It's funny (today's page is really fun), the colour is on spot, and the art looks good. I can read your text and your text boxes are well placed and the characters are well blended (placed) onto the background.

Overall, lovely.

I love 2'sAC. Steve the Grim Reaper was awesome and now the story line is moving forward quite a bit so that obviously is intriguing to me. Also the colors are vibrant and draw you in immediately. The art work is very cute and well done. The writing is very well done and humorous at times and thoughtful at others. You're good at keeping it from getting wordy and I like how everything is drawn out and you seem to use minimal cg. It keeps it very real to the audience. Almost familiar I guess you could say. Anyways awesome job on it, it's one of, if not the best "cute" comic on DD. Bravo.

(I use cute because at the moment I'm having a severe brain fart and can't think of a better word.)

OK, never been here either. I just finished reading DO1.

Hey it made me chuckle practically every page. It's like reading a lively TD thread, except with more content. The art communicates the author's intentions and serves its purpose.

OK, whoever is next can either look at my FIGHT 1 or FIGHT 2. Or both, if you like them enough. They're 2 stories set in the same world.

Probably one of the best crossover comics i've read in ages. Great visuals and the writing is above average. Excellent work. I prefer Fight 2, mostly because how improved the art is compared to the first.

A/007 is quite possibly the best sprite comic art-wise, anywhere. I love the angles, the perspectives, the backgrounds, the text effects, and personally the story. Also the fact that three commonly used video game characters die immediately was great imo. Overall the beginnings of a great read that will only get better.

Oooo! A comic I haven't read yet! Man-faced sheep is creeeeeepy! But it's all great and funny. A good helping of violence and really original concept. I also like that it just starts with no slow lead in or intro. I'm a big fan of in medias res. I also like the style, the smooth, clean lineart and the sparing use of gray for effect. It's really cool.

Used Books is a well-written comic with artwork that seems to improve upon each and every update! Dramatic and interesting storyline ;0)

Keep on keepin' on!

Zorphbert and Fred is really one of the most awesome comics here and it really keeps the original tradition of old fashioned newspaper comics alive (even if it isn't, sadly, in a newspaper).

The addition of colour is really awesome (even if I question how the owners never ask why their dog is blue…) and the line work is really impressive. Overall, a much, much, much better read than Garfield.

2's A Company is one of the wittiest strips I've seen. The banter between characters flows well and the stories are hilariously random and have kept me coming back for more. Also, the artwork is adorable and the use of color is awesome :)

Morph Man Heir has some nice stuff going for it. Good dialogue, simple but quirky art, and atmosphere going for it. If you work a little more and improve the art, it'll take you places! But still, it's an interesting comic. Keep up the good work.

Polo is a wonderfully dark urban spin on the high tech Batman-esque vigilante tale. The artwork and inking are superb and really expresses the mood in this bleak crime ridden world you have created. Always look forward to your next update!

Blood/Hound has been on my "Be Sure To Read" list for way too long - so I started reading through it, and it looks damn good to me! The artwork is superb. The use of black, white and red makes me think of Sin City, but it's something different. Each page feels almost like a movie poster. The dream sequence in the beginning is really haunting, the abundance of red gives it a surreal, otherworldly feel.

I'll be sure to read all of it when I find some more time!

ABC Has been an iron clad favorite of mine since I first laid eyes on it. The visual aspect is amazing. A mixture of cell shading, cg effects, and powerful perspectives/imagery. Everything comes together perfectly on every page and it seems as though every single one is top tier and continues to get better. The story line is deep but cute which is hard to pull off but done extremely well through out. Overall definitely one of my top picks here on the Duck.

Dreams of 1337ness is one of the funniest strips out there, and just just because there are jokes. The characters reactions to situations are eccentric and over the top - which is my kind of humor. There's nothing more funny than someone says "A girl? I've heard of your kind. When will we be having the sex?" Absolutely brilliant!

Because of Fan Art Friday on Temple, please only review the new @$$hole! page that went live today.

lol. What a great "torture" (depending on your definition… ;) ) scene. I also like the evil gnome, and those guys in the background are cool. Are those masks? I want those masks! They remind me of the match-the-shape games from kindergarten… Actually, the way those guys are standing with the flat black silhouette bodies, they could be some sort of creepy two-headed, match-the-shape, comedy-tragedy beast.

Oh man, I think I must be having a weird day. I shouldn't be typing right now. Then again, maybe it isn't me; maybe it's your comic. o_o

whoa.. used books has changed a lot since the last time I saw it. I just remember it being a bunch of talking heads. (Maybe I only caught a string of those days or something). Now there's action, mystery, adventure, violence. Good work.

I like how the anatomy is really down to speck. Nothing in these figures are disproportionate at all.

American 007 is graphically the most enticing sprite comic EVAR. The dark overtones and seriousness of this really shines. So much that it made me ignore the Shadow/Amy pairing that I saw in your recent page (when I realised that two hours later, I was like 0_o). Dialogue is good too, as well as the presence of character development.

Naive uses a lot of flash effects like the color gradients really well. Clean layouts and nice artwork rounded out the pages that I saw. To elaborate on a clean layout: dynamic character placements, backgrounds, effects, cut away shots, panels move around. Very nice stuff.

Penis has that surreal, absurdist comedic thing going for it, kinda goign off the 12oz Mouse vibe, if the writers wrote every episode on 'shrooms. Personally I loved the Pothead Snowman, especially the bank robbing episode with the word box "Bank". Funtimes. It helps to be high when you read it. Though, that helps most things.

i like the action scenes,,,could use better paneling though
