BUT. What do the two sets of clues for the same killer point to?
Number 1:
Knock knock!And Number 2.
Leaderofstars was polishing his chainsaw when he hears a knock on his door. “I AM NOT HOME RIGHT NOW!â€

Well that didn’t work.
Knock knock!
Grumbling Leaderofstars tried Plan B: actually answering the door. Throwing open the door to his home, he roughly mutters, “what is it?!â€
“You!†the young stranger said sternly with a finger pointed straight at his nose, “why aren’t you in bed?!â€
â€What the hell? You’re not my mother! Why don’t you take that finger and shove it where the sun doesn’t shine!â€
And so the young stranger did. Apparently the sun doesn’t shine inside Leaderofstars’ skull.

Humorman was just about settled in bed when the phone rang. Doo bee doo bee doo! Placing the phone against his ear, a voice crackled on the other end, “what time is it?â€
Uh…it’s a bit past midnight. Who is this?†inquired Humorman politely. He really must go to bed…

“I didn’t know that…†humoured Humorman. “I suppose we learn something new everyday. Listen who are you and why are you calling? It’s very la-“
“Anyway that’s not important! The important thing is that tonight I need to get this story out! So. What is the air-speed velocity of an unladen swallow?â€
“Huh? I… I don't know that.â€
And that was how Humorman was thrown into a volcano.
Gullas was who I thought was the killer before because he's a young stranger (foetus), with a pointing finger thigo. Plus, I had confusing information fro him that led me to believe he was making stuff up.
But added to the old clues, These could point to Skoolmunkee…
Clues regarding her comic titles:
-Questions:
One of her comics is called "answerers"
-That also ties into the thing Los was told "careful what you ASK for"
-Humourman says "I learn something new every day":
One is called "what I learned today".
-The time when people really have to be in bed before too late is when they're still in school… (skool)
-You have quizzes in School… And as I say, "answers" is a theme of one of her comics.
-Her avy seems to be knocking…

OK. I can't seem to make those clues fit to anyone else other than Skool. But I really didn't think she was guilty at all. I'm talking 100% trust here. FULLY trusting.
I don't want her to be mafia. But I can't make the clues fit to anyone else. I'll have to leave it up to you guys to investigate and find another culprit please.
And Skool, I'll listen to whatever defence you have, I'm fully open to it. In fact I WANT you to show me why I'm wrong and that I Am wrong! :)
It also helps that Sapphire is a friend of mine and Jakes (and most everyone hanging out here from the Megatokyo mafia games). I do fully plan on playing in the next game, shame I'm not playing this time around, I have some ideas on the clues that I will just have to keep to myself.

What I want is for someone ELSE to go over all those clues and see what they mean.
Oh man, I knew this would happen… after Humorman kept after me (even if his evidence was crummy and his method of 'make harkovast a target by letting him make the accusation insted' was suspicious) I figured the mafia would do to me just what they did with Korosu and Harkovast…. take advantage of one townie wrongly accusing another, kill one to make the other suspicious, and hopefully get rid of two of the most active and clue-focused townies.
You damn well better bet I'm going to fight this, and now I'm really suspicious of Ozone (who I had only recently come to trust) for being the first to jump in and accuse me today. Unfortunately I have to wait til later to rip apart the clues. There are a couple good reasons I'm not a mafia but I can't talk about them here because it's about info that only Oz and I and maybe a couple others know.
Ody's clues were really obvious once you figured them out, there was no way it couldn't be anything other than clues about the Odyssey, it was irrefutable. So far the evidence against me is just a couple disconnected things, some of which ALSO could be other people (see my clue rundown of yesterday, just one or two pages back). Oz has apparently spent some time figuring this and he didn't find the "stroke of lightning" answer to the clues that he did with Odysseus. Because it isn't there!
So all you guys (and gals), please don't jump on a bandwagon to lynch me yet. :(
Ok. I'm up! I got the update mapped out in my brain. Now I gotta go do my laundry. I will draw while I'm waiting for them to wash and scan and post while they are drying. :squee: I hope I can pull this one off correctly.
This is the most random one I have ever seen really. Reminds me of another game of mafia I played when clues were not in the narrative. It was just meant to be entertaining. It was entertaining until I got eaten by a black blob.
I'm not accusing. That's the trouble. I can't see any other clue link. I need someone else to work it out because it's confusing me. :(
Please, please, please. If you can apply those clues to other townies and see how they fit, I would be grateful. I'm NOT accusing Skool here. I really do need other perspectives on this! Applying the clues to people and seeing how they fit is what the game is all about afterall!
And I'd hope people wouldn't take it personally. :(
Everyone needs to work on the clues! Oz had to jump in first and do it because he knows once he made a good 'case' against me it would be hard for people to get away from that in their thinking. He doesn't want you to figure out the real killer. He knows that no one else has been focusing on analysing the clues as much as I have, so that's why he "non-accused" me next. He's counting on no one really looking at them now that he's proposed a possible solution for them. But it's obviously not the right one- Ody's was irrefutably correct and what he listed here is pretty random and flimsy. The right one is still there to be figured out.
I have worked almost all of this out. I see how so many things fit together now. Ozoneocean IS the godfather, or possibly the mad hatter but that one is harder to say as the mad hatter doesn't leave clues. Some of us have been played (and played well, I'll give him that). I'm working on getting this all down in a sensible way and making sure I've figured it out right.

I was convinced it was gullas. But Now… Those clues from the second killing don't apply to him. But then, pointing young stranger doesn't fit with Skool either…

Accuse me of being Godfather all you like, maybe get me lynched even. That'd be interesting. But I'd rather work wityh the clues we had than just go for counter accusations to draw away suspicion. That's pretty lame and not something I expected from you Skool, and doesn't help me solve who the real killer IS.
Just make me wonder about you, which I'd rather not do.
Still, it's just a game and we can have fun playing. Whoever really is whatever, I suppose it doesn't matter too much. It'd just be nice to know, especially after all we've been through in the game already :)
