Cards, dice, any of that sort of thing could relate to luck.

In other news, the value of the Townston buck has fallen by 10,000 percent.

Mafia III: Revenge of the Godfather
I am stopping the game for a moment to make an announcement.
I just read through a few of the previous pages, and to be honest, I am starting to wonder if I should be playing this game.
Some of the players ( I dont need to name names) are getting VERY hostile to me.
Not to me in the game, to me as in the real person Daniel Stribley.
I thought we were playing a game to have fun trying to catch bad guys, but apparently my jokey nonsense posts anger people so badly they would rather spend their first action of the game getting rid of me then actually trying to catch bad guys.
If you think I am mafia, great! Go ahead and vote me off! Thats the way the game works.
But the idea that you people want to vote me off because you just dont like me, you dont like the way I talk or you are jealous because I beat you in a PRETEND election (which I worked my ass off to win by the way! You might not have seen the dozens of PQ's I was sending!) makes me wonder if I should be playing this game at all.
A lot of you dont seem like the kind of people I want to be around. I have the option to not be around you on the forum and I am wondering if that is an option I should take.
Lets all think a little more carefully before we start trying to exclude people.

I wont respond to any further posts on this topic (I suppose you can PQ me if there is something you want to say desperately) and I wont try to argue against anymore of this hostile crap I am getting.

Unless anyone can tell me a more likely candidate based on the clues, the guy who votes for me (and I know myself to be innocent) has to be my first for lynching.
Cant see how he thinks those clues point to me!

Night One
A shadow stealthily moved through the backyards of the Townstown houses. One window caught his eye. There are no dogs in the yard… all looks clear as he peered through the window. An old black and white TV flickered and he heard the gentle sounds of someone snoring. The shadow smiled. He reached for the backdoor with a leather gloved hand… unlocked! Luck smiles on him. He opened the door. Quietly, quietly he moved…no other noises in the house. The TV was playing some old WWI documentary. Dozens of model biplanes hung from the ceiling. The snoring was coming from the couch. The long kitchen knife glided from the shadow’s long coat… ready for a night's work. The old leather aviator jacket and wool German uniform were no impediment as the knife slid home. The man didn’t even twitch a whisker. And it's done.
The 2ndredbardon was no longer dead asleep… just dead.
As a cat-character, wouldn't it benefit harkovast to kill someone in an area without dogs? Also, his avatar has whiskers.
Of course, these could all be coincidences, but until someone brings up evidence suggesting otherwise, I'm not changing my vote.
For the record, I don't like his posting style, I do like him. Least I think I do (I tend to like people in general).
Anyways, this is my official apology to Hark. I've discovered that I came on to strong, and that I made him feel it was more personal than it really was and that I may have bruised his feelings a bit.
So, I am sorry, and I'll give him another chance. I hope we can leave this game at the end on better footing than we started out with.
And I'll sic lizards on the lot of ya'll who think I got a twig up my butt.
