Kitty had had the lead early in the race. But Niccea’s campaign combining the old ways of not bribing with the new ways of claiming to be a role would prove to be a powerful combo that not even Hark’s heart felt campaigning could compete against. Waff’s and Humer’s Campaigns were doomed as soon as more popular people said they would run.
