Since it's over 5 pm now I'm guessing he meant midnight.
The "12" on the clock is a tricky number because it can represent both the end of the previous circle or the beginning of the next. If there are two time periods that can be easily confused, then it's the 12am-12pm period. That's why I recommend that we count in 24 hours or state if we're talking about noon or midnight.
Okay, is it just me, or are Veteran's completely friggin insane?!?! For example, driving a car with a lady, and two children, and sees a cyote (I don't know how to friggin spell it), and decides he's going to go off the road and run the animal over! With a park ranger on the other side of the road! Insane! Also, feedbacl for my concept would be greatly appreciated.

I must admit, that Dutch one is pretty awesome.
I like the noise he makes that sounds a bit like clearing his throat.
When I am thinking of what accents people in Harkovast have, I always like to imagine they have something really unexpected, like all Darsai sound German and Nymus sound Dutch.
But cool as the throaty Dutch version was, ya just cant beat…
