Personally, I think that just sounds really, really scary. Like, something an abusive boyfriend would say while gripping a broken bottle threateningly.

Never the romantic, always the pessimist… :(

So how did Elijah propose to Amy?
How did Azuu propose to Fraja?
I can't recall… Azuu and Fraja originally did it as a scam/joke sort of thing on Amy and Elijah though didn't they?

i had no plan. one day when i was home on leave, we went to the park like we normally do. and i had the ring. we went around and when we were at the play ground section, we were on the swings and her shoe fell off. so i grabbed it all cinderella style. and then put it back on her foot. then we got on the merry-go-round. i got a slow spin going, cause she doesnt like to keep her eyes open. so i told her i was gonna kiss her. and when she didnt get the kiss, she opened her eyes to find me on one knee with the ring out.
