Dammit, I want to learn this dance too.

Correction, I am learning this dance. I'm not sure what that says about my masculinity/sexuality, but whatever. :)

Okay, I'm nearly there…my friend Matt on the other hand can't just quote keep up with me. That's pretty predictible, he's the geek and I'm the nerd.

As I grow, both physically and mentally, so does my nerdiness. I am frequently anti-social, I do Accelerated Mathematics, I make up worlds and races and magic spells frequently, I play computer games, I read, and I frequently correct people.

I may as well be this guy.

Bawls addiction. (Previously mentioned Energy Drink)

Uhh…
This is something I wouldn't normally admit, but I want to win this thread. :P

The nerdiest thing I ever did was sign up for a Library Science class. My uber-nerd friend said that it would improve my research skills. Now I'm a Librarian, and very comfortable with being a nerd.

One of the nerdist things I've ever done:
At Anime Boston my friend and I shouted random internet quotes at the top of our lungs at our table ("This is delicous!" "THIS. IS. CAKETOOOOOOOOWN!" "IT'S OVER NINE THOUSAAAAAAAAAAAAND!") then we went down stairs to the food court only talking in emoticons ("Capital O collen..thing." "Lowercase l lowercase o lowercase l." " Collen capital D.")

Man that was fun. :3

Uh.. Guess the nerdiest thing I've ever done was level up multiple WoW characters to 60+. I've got 5 of 'em, 1 at 70, 1 at 65, 1 at 61, and the other 2 are 60.

I guess staying up until 2am reading the Full Metal Alchemist manga to catch up to the current chapters is pretty nerdy as well. Oh, and getting really excited whenever a new Doctor Who or Torchwood episode is aired (and then depressed when the season is over and won't be back for another year).

Nerdiest thing I've ever done, eh?

There are just tooooo many to count. Playing MMOs obsessively, memorizing whole scenes from Monty Python movies, the list goes on …

Right now I'm doing something pretty nerdy. I'm spending hours researching Arabic names for a bit part that may not even show up in my comic.

The nerdiest thing eh? I use to collect things when I was younger, like rocks and gem stones, and even troll dolls. YIKES! The rocks I can understand but I don't get what I ever saw in those freaky deaky trolls. I even had one that talked when I rubbed it's belly ><.

I must admit, I'm a fairly avid PnP (Pen and Paper) player. Got a group of buddies who've been playing on-and-off for over four years now. Naming the systems I've played: Dungeons & Dragons, GURPS, d20 Future, Aliens Unlimited, Mutants & Masterminds, BESM, Demon, Vampire, and a couple others I can't name off the top of my head.

Also, referring to a large collection of computers (I believe it was 7 desktops and at least 5 laptops) set up in a friend's house as "The HQ" (And that was BEFORE watching Live Free or Die Hard).

I don't play WoW. But I am an MMO veteran… specifically: Everquest, Everquest 2, Planetside, Star Wars Galaxies, and currently City of Heroes/Villains.

I think that sums it up pretty well.

I currently find myself going into fabric stores and saying "now, did they have this material in 1585? If not, what can I do to fake it?"

Also, I quote Shakespeare at comic book conventions. The Tempest tends to irritate any Marvel Enthusiasts while Much Ado About Nothing can cause rows with Image fans.

Cause, you know, Spawns a total rip-off of Much Ado About Nothing. Just read between the panels.

Heh.
The nerdiest thing I've done is watching 'Star Tank' with my father.
But don't get me wrong. I watch it in hopes of seeing some cool, freaky, sinister- looking aliens.

And to steal their quotes.

And Fallen in love with a anime character. >:3 not in -LOVE-, but in love.
I'm not going to explain that. :3

Got addicted to Mah Jong, then to Bespelled, then back to Mah Jong. Quit both - only to get addicted to Mah Jong again three years later. As soon as I managed to get rid of that, I got addicted to solitaire.

Watched Sailor Moon till the very last episode in highschool. Had a crush on Usagi, Mako, Minako and that fish girl from the fourth season.

When I got my first pc, back in the early 90's, I'd play Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis from the beginning every day for a couple of months because - having only a C64 and NES before - I had no idea you could make a save at any point of the game.

Could do voice-over for every Warcraft 2 character.

Took classic singing lessons. Like, opera singing! Eep!

Wanted to do a scientific maganizine, explaining complex stuff with happy picture, back in junior high school.

I waited in line (with a buddy, of course) for 14 hours for Star Wars: Episode III's premiere.

Not only that, but 15 minutes from the end of the movie, our film burned out, and they had to reset it. There were about 4,000 people in this auditorium, all flipping out.

We were mentioned on CNN, MTV, and even Conan O'Brien. Easily the nerdiest thing I've ever been a part of.

Also, my buddies call me, wanting me to leave a message on their voicemail in Solid Snake's voice, because I can do a great impression of it (or so they say).

I'm not a nerd, but… I've had my moments.

There was the LotR marathon. Yeah, I'm not proud of that one, but my mom insisted we should go.

And that one time where I discussed the possibility of more asexula elves in fantasy. On a bus. In the middle of the day. A crowded bus that is.

I've also counted ways the first Harry Potter movie was different from the first book and got 121 without having read the book for several months. Just from memory.

See, not really that nerdy, I fail at being a nerd.

After thinking about it, I decided I want to change the nerdiest thing I ever did to this:

I made a webcomic based on characters from not one, but TWO White Wolf roleplaying games. Time will tell if I add the werecats into it or not for the hat trick.
