I am starting to go back to the Drunk Duck crave I used to have. Too bad Drunk Duck doesn´t exist anymore…
Something quite sad is that the resolution of my screen is way too high to be able to safely read the new forums. I think I´m gonna go blind squinting like this all the time.

In other news, I am currently in the business of creating computergames, I´m creating the first Fighter that has ever been made in the Netherlands, I just hope we´ll be able to finish the Demo this year.
I´ll tell you people all about it once I have actually finished some promo art and such shit.

I posted in getsatisfaction about the color scheme and suggested that the yolk yellow be replaced with a pale blue or gray —

Like you idiots could ever carry on without me. I think I will soon start a collaborative project that will make Drunk Duck a bit more fun again, but I´m gonna need the help of all you people.

Wow… whever thought going sober would be so painful? Nevermind the crash the duck had way back when it was still drunk (I lost my comic as I had no backups and had to redraw the thing from scratch)…

Uh… ok, I wanted to PQ this to an admin, but those are apparently down. I am deleting my comic. Continued lack of stats was the last straw.

Wow, I was actually able to sign in. Well this is a step in the right direction I guess.
Insert rambling and vague anecdote about recent drunken mishaps, and half-hearted promises to work on comics in the near future. Sound about right? Groovy.
Also, I get Oz in my house in two weeks. :) Woot!

I'd post this in the bug report thread, but it's already known, so I guess I just want to whine about it a little bit, so I'm posting here :P

So… the stats. Or rather, lack thereof. It's really bugging me that I have no way to know how many people are viewing my comics. I know the stat archives still haven't transferred… but why isn't there something in place to track current views? And I can't even use an outside service because I can't use HTML… argh.

I didn't make my comic for the attention, but i did crave the stats once i realized i could track how many people loved me.

I have spent my day working on writing a game story, creating an entire world to place it in.
I do believe your day was more athletic though.

Well yeah, but that doesn't mean it's not important to be able to see stats. It's nice to know people are maybe actually bothering to look at something you're working hard on, since people don't always comment. And if you're at all serious about turning comic-making into a career or want to make money with ads, it's important to know how many views you get.

Heh… sometimes I wonder if I should invite my Australian friends from The Duck to my place… I'm practically due north of Sydney… over several thousand miles of ocean that is… Too bad my job would render me too exhausted to take them out touring/fishing/swimming, etc…
