What's that? You're gonna go GAY?
It's not like we didn't see it coming.

As I read that I find myself drawing two girls chatting in a bedroom and really getting into all the girly details - you may have a point. I should draw some shiny muscled barbarians - no wait!…

Ah what's the use - I'll draw Judy Garland.

According to my personal philosophy, everything is a penis anyway. Idea penises, anyway. But every time I explain it in detail I get weird looks. Sigh. One of these days, imma gonna bring memetics back.

27 pages penciled this week. I'm going to try to get 36 finished by Sunday. It's been hard to motivate myself- usually I spend an hour or two every morning staring at the ceiling in self-loathing, but this week I had one day where it lasted 5 hours. I've had to keep Kanye West's "Power" preloaded. For book one, it was Fort Minor's "Remember the Name." At this rate, though, I'm going to hate the song by the end of the book >.>

I haven't done a lot of gaming for ages but I bought dragon age 2 yesterday.
As it was cheaper to get the ps3 version I got that instead of the 360 one which would have been my first choice. So far so good.

EXCEPT

I just put a dvd on for the kids and the ps3 made a funny noise then spat the disc out. It now won't read discs which probably means the blu ray drive is knackered.

just out of warranty too.

grrr.

… you just made me think of what was told to me about Sony products… in this case, about how they engineer their products so they fail right after the warranty expires… O_O

Of course that can't be true… my original Playstation has been out of warranty for a very LONG TIME, and it still works. Too bad it doesn't have the original controller. My brother threw it against the wall after losing at one of the games I had (I think it was a Street Fighter game)…

That is true of a lot of products, not just sony. ps1 and 2 were actually really durable, ps3 not so much.

Used to run a game store and we did console repairs, everyone knows about the 360 problems and we did fix a hell of lot them but about a year after the ps3 came out they started rolling in en mass, all just out of warranty.

I've been having fantasies lately about taking my credit card and spending the fuck out of it. Like i'd get a makeover and go on a trip to vegas and pretend I'm someone bi-winning and exciting.

Of course it probably wouldn't go like that at all and i'd get lost and mugged. Then mom would find out what I spent. Yep

Ugh…. sometimes I'm tempted to buy the latest Pokemon game so I can play with/against my youngest nieces… because they keep asking me to (my nephews/nieces think I'm the "Cool" uncle due to the fact that I play video games). What was that now… Pokemon Black/White? Or maybe I should wait 'til Grey comes out or…

Still remember when that picture taking game about Pokemon came out. My eldest niece would get mad when I referred to it as "Pokemon Snack! Gotta Eat 'em All!!!". And at the time, I thought they really looked delicious enough to devour at some kitchen table. Especially the little yellow Pokemon… I could make some stew out of that one, and eating it would be a shocking/electrifying experience…

A guy in my engineering course has been treated by the police as missing and was last seen on Tuesday. Even though I've only personally exchanged a few pleasantries with him, I'm really worried about him now. D:

i watched the show doll house. The first season was pretty good. I sat thru the second season just to see how it ended. I think they introduced M night Shamalan, without crediting him. it was pretty bad as far as twists going, and making sense.
——-

i sat here for 2 hours trying to draw pages for NW. but i just don't have the motivation.

I've been on the diet 2 weeks now, without cheating.

meh

My neck and shoulders are as tight as a rock all day today - no way to spend a weekend. I've been sporting a heating pad like it's a scarf. Have to go re-zap.

And I'm NOT even a marketing student. (lots of psychology self study though. lol)

I was thinking of buying Deadspace 1 and 2 as I've heard it's a great video game series. And now with my brand new XB360S I'm ready to do that. But then I see the video on this Dead Space wiki page…

Deadspace Wiki: Franco Delille

Ugh… never thought I'd be frightened by a video from a video game…

Maybe I should dye my hair blonde, wear a red tank top and sunglasses… then maybe I can play games like Dead Space…

waitaminute…

Okay… who in the heck put Folger's Crystals in my Yuban coffee again? I swear… those mind altering coffee crystals keep putting voices in my head to switch to Folgers and throw out all my Yuban coffee… O_O

#1 was mostly predictable. It gave obvious signs that something scary was about to happen, although there were a few spots that caught me unawares.

I recommend it tho.

Dead space is very good, yeah predictable but it does set up tension really well.

1. Got Epic Mickey yesterday. I like E-rated games so I love it. Only thing is it should be E-10 at the least.

2. Got Inception yesterday. It was something that makes me not hate DiCaprio. His character didn't annoy me at all. Good movie but a bit confusing in the middle. Nice end though because you don't know if the top stops spinning or not. >:)

3. Band was meh at our gig. Mainly I was meh and then my guitarist was screwing up cause he had a lot on his mind, such as the girlfriend he loves having dumped him a week ago and then already with someone else. (She's a bitch by the way and he has to realize that she'll break his heart time and time again if she even goes back to him.)

4. I need to make my solo album demo already…I have about ten songs written and just need the equipment. Wish me luck.

Give us your best track to play on the Quackcast so more people can hear you :)

well, came home from work but instead of going to sleep I'm playing Harvest Moon: Animal Parade. I just know my neighbor is going to watch me play and she's going to complain that I named my ducks after beer brands… Budwyser, Schlitz, Fosters, Colt45, etc… and I named the cow Beef Stew. Nothing wrong with naming nonexistant animals like that right?

And now the game lets you marry dieties??? Not worth it since they apparently refuse to live in your house (according to my neighbor anyway). Might be a good thing though considering their worshippers like to visit them a lot…

On the way home I spotted some tiny glass jars of Vegemite in the store. Two problems… they're out of date. And even though they're past due they're $6 each! What the heck do they make that stuff from? Diamond dust, gold flakes and silver ingots?!?
