For fans of The Lord of the Rings (which is everyone, right?) … today's instalment of George the Dragon is especially for you! It's even got a little poem for that extra touch of Tolkien!

Ooh, ATHF the arcade game. He'd better be playing as Meatwad.

More fun with childhood fears at Crossing Death
God, it's like looking into a mirror in my life at arcades. That one… more… level… syndrome can be quite a nasty habit to shake.
Even with the bribery of pizza. :) *bookmarks the comic to come back and read further when he has more time*
>Net
Edit: got ninja'd, so I'll do crossing death too. :)
Geez, carrying a tray must be rather annoying with clawed hands, I'd think. Like her expression though. :D
Edit 2: oh yeah, have to post about TTG's update too, huh? :p
———————————
in this month's TTG, Dottiar explores a bit of his new surroundings cautiously… and Imp reappears.
TGT: I've seen a lot of comics on this forum. But Tales of the Traveling Gnome is by far one of the best comics I've seen on this forum. The art is very detailed and planned out. I can tell the artist didn't slop this page down, he or she really put time into it! Great job!

In WWE The Comic the opponets arrive to the arena and the match for the World Tag Team Championship begins.
In today's episode of Times Like This you're in for a liiittle surprise ;) Not as shocking as what the girls almost did last time, but still… prepare for a little shocker!

Hell hath no fury like a little guy in love! Mick is desperate and determinded. Arrrgh!
P.S. There's a yummy donut waiting for every reader!
A Bit Cheesy - Wow - I'm really enamored with the art here - its so stylish and unique - and the pacing you've used on this page is really nice. This is a slick comic!

Blood Groove updated today! I got really excited upon seeing my feature, that I didn't hesitate to put up a new page. We see where Kat scampered off to…

Saftey Man: Ohhhhh. Barf! Really, just look at the page, there's a ton of freaking puke in the page.
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In WWE The Comic, Batista dominates over MVP.
I find the facial expressions on these action figures especially amusing. :) Maybe sometime you can experiment in your editing program to draw in (or reshape) different mouths or paste some expression from one figure to another.

I actually want to post about Friday's page of Used Books, which finally officially puts together the pieces of a long, ongoing subplot. (Read the author's notes to refresh yourself on the points of this plot.)
However, last night, I was feeling all mushy and sentimental and drew a special update to thank my readers for all their encouragement and basically helping me developing my art skills thus far – which are not much but were completely non-existent when I started this thing. So, if you're interested, you can check that out too (and read my sentimental gobbilty gook in the author's notes).
Used Books CONGRATS FOR WINNING!!! I know alot of people probably already said this, but you sssooo earned!
But please, get that one trophie back from Kaida, I didn't pay my DD Taxes for him to use it as a ciggy smasher. D=<
Tense in fridays update, bewear people, bbbbeeeewweeaaarr of THE EVIL FORCE. O_O

:[Insert Title]: Updates with the secound to last page of my mini comic.
I like silent pages. =3
Cool page in INSERT TITLE. I like the use of color. Lots of emotion. Reminds me of an Impressionist Painting.
………………………………………………………………………..
Engine updates. By your votes, Engine has won the 2008 award for Best traditional art, as well as nominations for Best action and Layouts. Thank ya!!! (Now if I can figure out how to get my golden duckie up….)
Korsair gets ready to show why he was the best swordsman in the land!! Flashback funnies continues!
On Engine, Very intense page, it begins with a guy thinking of something and his reflex kind of helped him evade the sword swinging towards his head.
—————————————————–
On Electronic Revolutions: The Burnhams, Another dark page, Vincent is being more evil and he's about some even more darker. The last panel has something intense in it, what is it?
Lexcore…..wow! Awesome page. Nice background….great tone work!!
…………………………………………………………………..
2008's best Western Winner, HADES updates. Jerimiah see's a vision, and zay-Nirr begins to twitch to life. The second to last page before the all new chapter 2!!
http://www.drunkduck.com/Hades/index.php?p=458299
Another scarily atmospheric and just damn moody page from Hades today.
It also has an apology from Mr Tyler, for not being up to his usual standard. But ignore that … This is the kind of page that makes the rest of us weep with envy and leaves no-one in any doubt as to why this comic won its DD Award!
*********************
And, speaking of DD Awards, if you missed our two special edition thank you pages for the awards won by Shades, you can find those here.
If you've already seen them, hey - you can go straight to the latest update for Shades where, courtesy of our magic flashback machine, we're taking you back 2,000 years … Scary!
Illegal Aliens Sometimes you don't need words! It works well!
The Chronicles of Wyrden continues today with more action and consequence!
The latest page of Warriors of the Night makes you want to go back a few pages and catch up on what's going on in the story - which is exactly what a good writer does! He or she generates interest in their story / characters and makes you want to go forward or back in the story.
Well done!

http://www.drunkduck.com/THE_SWAMP/ updates today…
The Swamp has updated with a nice introduction page. It introduces the setting and character and the last panel leads into the next page very well. I'm excited to see what happens next. The art has nice shading and camera angles. It sets the mood and brings the setting to life. Nice job, and keep working on it!
The award-nominated comicdeoxyribonucleicacid has updated with a page that features hard-core swearing AND hard-core nudity! And both involve a pie!
