Fun use of the one and two word lines. ^_^ Awe, look at the, um, guy … thing … "character." Definitely has some unique anatomy. You intrigued me so much that I actually was looking for the "Next" button and then thought "Dur, this is the latest update!" Gonna have to be patient, I guess.

Page 593 begins a new chapter today on Used Books. I'm pretty happy with the page because I managed to achieve a darker mood with my coloring – which I always think is too cheery for the bulk of my story. The last few chapters have been hinting and leading up to this sinister turn, and the sad thing is that the guy involved is one of the only characters who doesn't know what is about to befall him. – This was one of my favorite chapters to script and draw (I am sick like that), so I'm excited to finally share it.
Woot - if there were a pot of sinister goings-on on my stove, it would be boiling over right now! Plus, the gears are all turning in my head, and I'm thinking Meena might be involved! Gaaaah, Vickie, you're going to turn me into a conspiracy theorist. Just watch.

Anyway, Brielle is so excited for her big plans, but, doesn't it figure that things like this crop up on the biggest, most important days. I'm starting to wonder if Allen hates the poor thing, considering how often we see her in pain. It will be interesting to see if she is dedicated (impatient?) enough to drag herself out there despite the pain or if she decides to postpone this outing for another day.

:[Insert Title]: has some very dramatic use of white-black shading in this update, the sketchy art is a good counterpart to this technique, nice to see someone trying something different. Good job.
The Chronicles of Wyrden updates today and well, Leyland thinks this whole thing is an outrage. Scar's about to lose his cool and Kalon, well, Kalon is just…ice cold.
