Here's a tiny sample of my work. I'm working to recreate Hyper Sonic in many different styles so here's my crack at Hyper Sonic advanced Style.

Ok, I have a cameo opertunity. I need two people to send me some sprites of their characters for a pointless filler. They will fight and I will be watching. Just need two. (this is an example of what I meant be easier cameoing in each others' comics)

@ Warspritecomic: Sprite comics may seem easy to make, but we still go through the same basic process of what drawing artists do.

there are people out there who don't know the first thing of making a sprite comic(i was one of them at one time). after watching others for a while, i eventually got the jist.

and asking a well known spriter, isn't always a good idea. you could end up with a jerk that could care less about your sprite comic.

Look, WarSprite and I aren't trying to say that we're better than you or above you. We both REALIZE what kind of effort CAN go into a sprite comic, as both he and I have a sprite comic of our own. I'd like for you to never compare spriting to drawing artists ever again, because it isn't. Spriting is just minor graphic editing done to existing graphics, drawing is much more complex and harder to get looking right, and you know it.

WarSprite also realize that there are people that don't know the first thing about making a sprite comic. The thing is, is that one could discuss strategies with another spriter that they believe might be struggling, but it ain't going to change anything. People do have pride that they seem to not like letting go of. Rallying together in a club then going to a comic that you've deemed "horrible" to try and get them to change for what you've decided is "better" is just going to piss them off.

And as one of those "Well known spriters" you mentioned: Yes, I realize that there are others that would just flame you guys to hell instead of giving legit reasons why making some "club" isn't a good idea. It's already failed before. If you want an example, go to http://spritecomicpolice.forumup.org and tell me how long it's been since someone posted on anything in the useful sections.

Rallying together will just make a large group of people hate you, and then make another group label you as arrogant jerks.

Wow Lores! You took the words straight out of my mouth!

I doubt I could follow up from that. :D

I know about drawing. I draw (not very well)but there are major differences. Sure, there is a simaler process but overall there is not a fine line, but a honking great fat one line between spriting and Drawing. Lot of effort can be put into a sprite comic (Just look at Lores' comic. Look at the great quality and all the effort that has been put into it and it's updated every day) but that doesn't mean that is takes any less long to make. Mine take, oh lets guess, 5 minutes getting all the pictures together. 5 minutes editing the sprite (only happens rarely) and about 2 minutes actually putting the comic together. The only thing that takes a while is the actual figuring out the script (which I usually just get inspiration just like that).

Anyways that's all I want to say apart from what Lores has already said.

Cool, I'll be keepin' an eye on it! Just to be sure though, and you might have mentioned it before but it must've slipped my attention, which comic will this be? The dark sonic one? Or the Coveinant one? Or that other one of which I forgot the name…?

I have my two and I am thinking of putting it in CJ; also EB is a draw comic, so I will not be putting any sprites in there. THKNN_NUL thanks I will be using Deity for the fight and some other of those sprites. the page should come out on Friday (no school for me), and it will be funny.

I will premeire the club comic also on Friday, so I will be first, then you guys can fight over who is next. Still don't know if I can give you all assistance; but after the intro of the members, the story will begin.

The story is a developmental, I will start it, we will split into two group and we will fight against a third party. I'll explain more on Friday in my page's author notes. I will give the first assistance to Rutger. actually I will post the comic and do the cover page. This will be a starter, and watch I will place a few of the members on there. The Cover page is up, check it out and tell me what you guys think of it so far.

Rutger, do yours on Saturday, I have to change the assistant everytime and I will not be able to go online till Sunday. Also first page has been moved up to Thursday. Member pages first and then the actual story, and start to post this stuff in the comic forum.

My sprites are in CJ about fifteen page. Rage has his in The Taco Pizza Wars. I just took Blood's for one of his comics. THKNN_NUL's I just took off one of the sprite sheets he post here. Also, send your member pages to Rutger because I will not be able to access the internet till Sunday. First page is in t minus 6 hours. time here 3:30.

I am here for this weekend but not next weekend, my bad. Any way, guys, we should start using the comic forum for our discussions. I have a few things to say in there. I also set up a forum there to keep us on track with our story. Everything is set up, we just need to get the member pages done and then head into the story.

You guys can invite them, just send them a PQ with both the links to this thread and the comic. Just say what we do and a bit on the story when we start it, but you should invite them after we have the story started.
