I hate when fansubbers add in unfunny TL notes during important scenes. It's usually some horrible emote too, are you freaking kidding me you have to break the tension to go TL:O__o Or TL:WTF *points out something in the art no one gives a shit about*. It totally jolts you out of the story because you're just stunned a)this fag made such a shitty joke and b)he'd ruin such an awesome scene as wasn't even a clever troll. :gem:

Thank god for multiple sub groups at least.

I'm going to try to make a quick comic and not obsess over the artwork like i have before, ironically this is even harder then what i've been doing before. @_@ Ah well it's a cute story at least

So I must have some inspiration. Because I feel as if I want to stay up all night, just to finish this page, like I used to.

It's coming along really well.

Also went to the bookstore today and got Penny Arcade Volume 2, and How to Draw Comics the Marvel Way. I'm going to study that book left and right. I swear, I'm going to be so much better at art in a year's time. Just you people wait! D:<

One thing I really have to work on, is how to draw my character's faces in a way that their mouth opens really wide, but like, so I can still draw the nose, but in a way that doesn't look stupid. I'll have to sketch it out or something.

wow that sucks. D: jerks

I hate it when someone with a very poor grasp of the english language fansubs, and leaves it with, like, unintelligible, cryptic dialogue. (that happened to me with Kuroshitsuji, to such an extent that it stopped being annoying and started being hideously hilarious.)

Do they butcher the shows the way the American networks usually do? I mean.. I loved Ninja Science Team: Gatchaman when it came out here… except it didn't make sense… and it was called "Battle of the Planets". Only years later do I learn that the show (along with Voltron, Tranzor Z, etc…) were heavily butchered by the networks to make them more "kid friendly". And there's G.I. Joke with the wonderful vehicle ejection systems that work 100% of the time (and back then I know that's not how real life works).

Time to get back to sleep. Now if only I can get that Baskin Robbins "Ice Cream and Cake" commercial rap out of my head…

I seriously do not understand how people can just take someone else's image and try to pass it off as their own. Firstly, the longer the internet is around the easier it is to track down that kind of thing (I can't wait for some kind of image matching service), and second- they're not even gaining anything except false compliments, which can't even feel that great anyway because they KNOW they're false.

Anyway I always like when I catch an art thief. :]

So, I've been trying to fix "DVD/CD drive not reading CD and it's definately not the CD problem yet it reads DVDs fine" for about a month now.

What's even better is that my computer's warrenty expired exactly 2 months ago from today.

I'm having real trouble containing my rage right now.

My internetwork super highway is down AGAIN, and it's pissing me off big time and my parents say they can't switch ISPs because we're right in the middle of a twelve month contract and that makes me a\;v nn; gwrgon;wron RAWR. I'm leeching off another network in the mean time, but I know it can't stay like that forever.

So a word of (pretty obvious) advice to all British folk: never pick TalkTalk as an ISP. Or Tiscali.

I've been feeling very uneasy lately, but I don't know why.

I'm happily living with my boyfriend.
The aparartment people still haven't remembered that I never paid the deposit on the lease.
The housing department at school hasn't charged me for screwing up my RA duties last year.
I'm healthy.
I'm doing well in my volunteer work.
My class and job schedule are looking good.
I've been doing a lot of work on my projects…

but still, I feel as if something is wrong. Like someone disapproves of me or something. You know that feeling right? The feeling when someone is disappointed in you. I've been feeling that for the last week. But I haven't disappointed anyone too my knowledge.

It is making me overly cautious and I'm more afraid of screwing things up than usual. It is affecting my sanity I think.

Maybe I just have too much free time?

I love you, running gods.

So, my parents just went to go pick themselves up McDonalds. They asked me if I wanted anything, I replied, "No thank you" and they kept asking. I simply just kept denying.

Anyway, while they were gone, I hopped on the treadmill in our living room, that my dad uses for walking on days like this. I was "testing" myself to see if I could run. We lowered the incline for my dad too, because it was kind of hard for him to walk like that.

I grabbed my iPod, and turned it to like, mid-setting. I went like that for about 3 minutes, and didn't feel anything, like, being tired or any of that. So I turned it up. About 7 minutes in, I felt great, so I turned it even higher. At about 8:30, I turned it to fullspeed.

Holy crap. I almost ran a mile in 10 minutes. Which, for me, is pretty good, because I haven't been running at all the past month or so.

Go me! :)

great…. now I want to go to the store to get myself a chunk of sharp cheddar. Great for the bread they sell around here (Pan De Sal, was it?). Cut the bread in half, put a slice of cheese in the middle, then dunk the whole thing in coffee.

mmmmmm…. *hic!*

I wish there were some anime nerds at my college, seriously it's either they're suppressing their powerlevels as much as me or they grew out of the shit, probably both.

That's what i hated about my high school 'japanese' club, the idea for it looked awesome but all they did was watch recorded shit like inuyasha and FMA and spew horrible jingrish 'IKADAEEMASOO POCKY WAI WAI^__^'. I guess you could call it pretentious but i don't consider people that just take what adult swim feeds them true anime fans *pushes up square gendou glasses with middle finger*

There was a girl in there that seriously was saving money to move to japan and become a mangaka, i drew some manga in front of her once and she got all snotty lol. Her drawings were pretty terrible though and just headshots. She also had this pic that was her 'anime self' that she showed to me, it was this super skinny tall girl with blue hair growing past her legs and a moon on her forehead. The girl herself was homely, ratty short hair, and short/pudgy. I mean she was 16 for gods sakes.
I didn't go back to that club after the first time, at least they looked like they were having fun.

…..i seriously shouldn't be berating her though, i like moeblob anime T_T *human scum*

"alright then, i'm just going to lift my leg up, touch you on the head, and get my 2 points. i'm going to repeat one more time. but not touch you, but let the judge call it. and then i'm going to punch you but not hit you, and the judge will call it. alright, what's it been? 15 seconds? match over"

fricking fricker fracker frick frack. graaaah, i hate the tournament rule of "one 2 minute round, five point max" who the fuck came up with that.

I'm finally in a bike-friendly city, and I just got mine back on the road yesterday! I already went on a longish ride earlier, think I'll go this evening as well. God knows I need the excercise. To hell with driving, indefinitely. Anything under 7 miles is bike-able for me in my current, er, shape. Hopefully I'll get back into better bikin' shape soon, though. :)

Oh hey I remember this internet place. There was something I used to do here. . . Oh yeah, I'd babble inanely.

Do you know what the worst movie ever is? I'll give you a hint: REEKER IS THE WORST MOVIE EVER. It's about some teenagers getting cut up by a stinky man with big scissors that inflict terrible special effects on people.

Then there's a bunch of symbolic artsy crap because it wants to be one of those fancy thinkin' man movies, and it fails miserably because all it did was confuse the fuck out of me.

All I can really tell what was they had the most generic ending possible (it was all dream the main characters had while in a coma. I. AM. SERIOUS.) and they tried to cover it up by making it as nonsensical and stupid as they possibly could.

I still don't know how to use paragraphs properly!

Edit: I think the thing I missed most about DD was kyupol being fucking crazy.

So my uncle sold his trailer and will soon be LEAVING :) I hope my luck is starting to turn around now, august is my month and it's been pretty :gem: so far.

The book i bought off ebay was returned to the sender, i hope he refunds the money as i was in the 'money back guarantee' timeframe :/ I'm not really sure what to do if he doesn't, or if ebay has consequences for people that do that. I have to buy the 170$ fucking hardback now regardless, curse you textbook industryyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!

The other thing I missed is feeling guilty at not having a comic!

But most of all, I missed Skullbie. Because hate is the only emotion that I know how to deal with.
