Haha. I was in one of Oz's dreams once, apparently. That's what spending too much times in the forum does! ;)

Ryu was in one of my dream a while back, he was that hedgewolf guy from his comic. He only showed up for a second though i forgot what it was about
——————————

Okay so i was on afterellen and one of the forum topics "sex toys for tweens?" about if you were a mom would you buy your 12-13 year old daughter a sex toy. And some of the answers are 'yes'.

That's fucked up man.

I know lesbians there are generally tolerant, like the 'would you let your son wear girls clothes?' which was an almost unanimous 'yes', but what the fuck went on in your house for a 12 year old to want you to buy her a freaking vibrator? Am i really a conservative in disguise?
God. I blame MTV.

EDIT: I want to marry this woman

I have no problem with children exploring their own bodies. And, on a side note, in a limited way…child sex play between same aged peers, as long as it's of the "I'll show you mine, if you show me yours" variety. As for vibrators and sex toys…I really do not see a reason to allow access to these things before a person is old enough to buy them for themselves. Girls (and boys) can be exploring their own bodies and really getting to know what feels good without impliments.

I think of toys as a more sophisticated step in sexuality. And as such require some maturity which people are STILL developing well into their 20's. Further, I think it's HIGHLY confusing to children to have their parents PROMOTING sex play of any kind when the parents should be enforcing boundaries. The reason for parents setting boundaries on a variety of behaviors (sex, driving too fast, drinking, etc.) is so that the child will learn how FROM EXAMPLE to set their own boundaries in the future. This is NOT to say that parents shouldn't have open and frank discussions of all these topics.

As always, parents are NOT their children's friends. They are the guiding force and center of safety for their children. Promoting any of these kinds of behaviors before the children are adults just makes for very poor boundaries in the children and puts them a great physical and emotional risk.

Great. Now I'm going to have a dream about Skullbie and TheWyrd1 being married, and TheWyrd1 giving a speech about 12 year olds and vibrators.

THANKS A LOT, SKULLBIE.

Ok Skoolmunkee!!

When are the DD Awards anyway?

And, one time I had a dream with DD forumers, but I woke up feeling lame, and forced myself to forget the dream.

I had a dream about you guys.

I dreamed that DD was shut down because the administrators refused to fund the site. Then, the site was acquired by a domain squatter. Then, everyone had to go to 4chan to post their comics, but the only comics they liked there were sprite comics, and do you want to know the twist?

One current event essay per week is questionable. Three, each on strictly different categories is plain stupid.

I wish I was back in AP rather than Honors. The pain of writing varied essays is much better than this crap.

Suddenly weekends turn out to be worst days of week for me now.

Did I also mention I'm unrealistically behind in my art class? My motivation sure dried up over the summer.

Since this is a vent topic, I think I should vent.

I just recently graduated college, but I can't seem to find work anywhere around here. I've applied to I don't know how many different places, and not once did I get a call-back for an interview. I'm living with my dad, I'm damn near broke, and there is almost nothing to do in this town, so I've started hanging around here a lot more than ever.

Hmm i actually came up with an idea for the community comic, i'm a little surprised it came so fast, but i guess i have been dabbling little short stories out for a while now.

Well i'm going to get my haircut tomorrow, i swear to god if it gets screwed up yet again i'm going to pay them in rape dollars :gem:

I guess I can share this, now that I know I'm not alone…

I dreamt that somehow I was featured on DD… my physical self, not my comic. I didnt do anything, just stood there being judged and rated and commented on.

And I bowled with Hitler too.

I have never had a DDD (drunkduck dream (AREN'T I CLEVER)), but I'm sure if I did, you would all be there, and there would be an unnecessary amount of lube and awkwardness.

Also I start school in a few hours…senior year…fun…?

So I wasn't actually myself. :(
Oh well, there's still a chance I did something awesome!
