I've been waiting for weeks for word from my uni about whether I've passed enough modules to get into the second year. Word of God has it that I should get a letter from them sometime this week, and in fact it was supposed to arrive before today (I'm moving tomorrow).

The letter that arrived for me this morning, over which I was excited and terrified all at once? Was a chain letter warning about the dangers of chlamydia. Not incredibly tragic in itself, except that it made me panic for no reason and I just want to freaking know already, university. :|

I used to be able to throw a mean temper tantrum now I'm the slacker ne'er-do-well loser.
Haha. You been readin' my mail, sir. ;)

I need to find a doctor really soon. I know I'm gonna snap and go off my meds here in the next few weeks. I'm just gettin' increasing frustrated and I don't like my "normal" self anymore. I don't like feeling so slowed down and calm and "leveled out". But the logical, rational part of my mind is still cognizant enough to say, "That's probably a really bad idea; you need to consult a professional!"

Also i should clean my house, put away laundry, and take a shower but instead I'm gonna work on my comic. At least I haven't stopped caring about that! lol!

I'd recommend doing one of the hardest things to do in the entire universe. Find a good therapist. :dizzy:

Failing that find a support group of other people with similar pathologies. Seeing others up close makes you appreciate how well your meds are working. It's one thing to talk with people who aren't medicated etc. something else to share with people who've "been there and done that".

As for reading your mail… since we share similar illnesses it's no wonder that the contents of our mailboxes are similar. ;)

Slowly I turned, step by step then tripped over a copy of the script for my comic. Then I saw it still didn't have the required four reviews to get unstickied. Septemeber 3 marked the one month anniversary since the last update. Could it happen?

Now I need to figure out which subforum to post it in, heh.
It depends on how you phrase the post. Normally it'd go straight to "Hey everyone look what I did", but if you made it more general- so that it applied to other people's stuff as well (Show your published books, How to make a published book, The work that goes into a published book etc) it could go in other places like Comic Discussion, Tips and Tricks, Art + Lit depending on the form it takes.
Yeah, that's exactly my problem, haha.

But if you want to advertise the work you're better off using Project Wonderful.
First, It's not for sale yet (I need to add it to Indyplanet first). Second, I doubt those blurry pics would make anyone go "ooh, I need to get me one of those*" UNLESS they've already read the webcomic.

It's going to be more along the lines of "what a strange feeling it is to hold your own work in a printed form" kind of a post :D

…once I do it anyway, as I got tangled up in other mess.

Updated Opera… and as usual, everything's upside down (at least it didn't ruin my toolbar/button setup too badly this time) and I'm scrambling around turning on and off various options. Urgh. I HATE updating.

*obscure Monty Python reference.

I've been drawing a page every day since last Sunday (actually, I finished a page then, so it wasn't pencils to toning), but all-in-all, it's been a pretty good experience.

Starting early in the morning (usually at like, 10/11 AM), and finishing around 5 or so. I wanted to see if I could do it, and I guess I really could. The pages I'm doing are of quality that would be the same if I were to draw the pages like I used to. Maybe even better? It's all fun though.

Also. I'm lonely.

Bah….turns out the mod can't do anything about the audio ban since it's out of his range of authority, so I contacted Tom Fulp, the admin of Newgrounds (and one of the heads of Behemoth games, if you're familiar with Castle Crashers and Alien Hominid)to get this taken care of. I was going to enter into the "Talk Like a Pirate" contest (the prizes were nice), but this stopped me from doing it. One of the skits in my demo reel is the voice set I was using for it.

Now I have to wait…

mmmm Ice-cream.. How I love you, global warming. It was sunny, a tiny little cold breeze and about 13-15°C (about 55-50°F) about just few hours ago but now it's getting clody and more windy …

Last night: proof that bad ideas can be really fun.

When I got my copics I found that 2 of the colours were identical. I had 2 C3s instead of a C3 and a C5. So I sent the website an email and they posted me my C5 with a note saying sorry. Isn't that nice ^^

However when I told my mom about it she said "I can't believe you're so immature!" and now I'm confused D:

I wish my tap water didn't mysteriously taste like mildew today, and that I could stop drinking and smoking and staying out all night and subsequently not being able to sleep during the day and that I made more money than I spent and that feral cats didn't rule my neighborhood and that my hand wasn't numb and that I wasn't working tonight and that I had a cup of coffee and that I could write shorter rants.

…does that make me… gay?

I've been slacking off all day today.

I was supposed to get an assignment that was due Wednesday done, turn in some job applications, do my homework for Monday and finish a painting I had on my desk. So far, I've managed to half complete the painting and screw part of it up so I have to redo it ( which is a lot hard when you're using an airbrush with custom-mixed colours.) and do the late assignment. I personally blame sleeping 17 hours last night. I laid down for a half hour nap at 3 yesterday and woke up at 8 this morning. That kind of threw my day out of whack.

What did the one piece of candy say to the other piece of candy when second piece of candy wanted a piece of candy from the first piece of candy?
Of course you can-dy!
