I went to bed at 9:30 or so last night. I had my dog in the room, going to sleep with me as he usually did, because he was my best friend, and I didn't mind, even though he smelled pretty bad. I also had the Super Mario Bros. 3 cartoon on DVD playing while I slept, because it helps me to sleep. I had my fan going, and the door shut.
I wake up at about 1 AM, most likely because I'm not used to the sleeping schedule, or the talking I heard. I heard my parents talking to my dog, "C'mon Rocky, buddy! You can do it!" because he was choking on something as he usually did, because he wouldn't chew his food.
I then hear my dad cry, "My god!" and hit the wall with his fist. I knew at that point something was wrong.
My mom walked by, stopped by my door, and her only words were, "Rocky died."
I sat up for about 10 minutes, trying to comprehend what had just happened.
My best friend, is dead. My dog, who has stayed by my side for 5 or so years now, is dead.
The more I realized it, the more I cried. I never cry. In fact, it's the most I've ever cried in my life.
I'll never forget, I lost my best friend, at 1:20 AM, on this date.
…fuck.

i had a crappy night of sleep?
yeah i got nothing after that one. at least i'm not running late today.
oh, my wife got this game aieon and she hasn't slept all night cause she was playing it. it's going to annoy me. she did this with guild wars when she bought it. it made her irritable, and she never got off the computer. if this continues past beta, we're gonna have a problem.
Today is my first day on the job. I didn't think I was nervous when I woke up but my body told me differnt. I was *Bodliy function* for what felt like forever then when that was almost done my body threw a cruve ball at me and I *Bodliy function*. All in all I still don't think I am nervous but I'm fighting my body right now and thats never good D:
I had a dream last night that I went to school and basically everything bad that could have happened, did.
I got there and someone dumb kept following me around. Then I couldn't find the bathroom and I really had to go. When I did find it I realized I was having an allergic reaction because I had puffed up a ridiculous amount, and I had lost my bag at some point so I didn't have anything to take. So I had to rush home, except that someone had stolen my bike(because I forgot my bike lock) and I had forgotten to wear shoes. So I ran home in bare feet and when I got there my little sister had dyed my cat a bunch of different colours.
Obviously I'm pretty worried about my first day(thursday).
this morning was the single-most terrifying morning of my life. The brakes on my car went out. I don't think I've ever felt so relieved to be at work.
And of course, today is the day I forget my cell phone at home.

Oh man i do not want to go to bio today, it's not that the class is totally boring or that it's too much work, it's just 3 freaking hours long in a chair that feels like i'm sitting on a bag of coal after 2 hours and a desk that you can't cross your legs to fix the back pain (seriously those desks were obviously designed by men, let me cross my legs damnit!!)
….can guys even cross their legs after middle school? I mean it looks kinda gay if they do it so i guess that's a factor, but i never really see it.
ARGH! It took me like 8 hours to ink this page!!! THE PAIN!!! Why did I have to come up with a "hey, let's draw a huge crowd in this panel, like from here to the horizon and then put this gigantic thing over there that needs half hour of crosshatching alone to shade it" part of the page? Worst thing, I totally forgot to leave enough room for lettering, so part of that will be GONE!
Oh well, only two more to go. I think I'm doing my best art so far on this thing :D
…I think I'll try doing a short story a month, so that in half year or so I can assemble my own anthology book thingie, with each tale in a different art style :D
It would have to have a heavy metal soundtrack.

Also i just found out <3 is supposed to mean 'heart'. I seriously always thought it meant a happy d'aaaaw expression, like the 3 is a big smile and the < is your eyebrows.

Same here up until about a month or two ago. If you ask me, that looks nothing like a heart! :P
Ugh, I'm so angry at my Tennis captain… What's this crap about the JV not cheering enough? I was cheering so much I got a headache! I was getting thanked for it, but it seems like unless you're cheering for HER, it's not enough. I so wish I wasn't so nonconfrontational, because I was -this- close to ripping her a new one.
