Unless she's hot and you have spare cash…? In that case, buy her a new one! :)

Not really, and her personality kind of sucks too. Besides, one of my clients from over a year ago still has to pay me $1700 from cheques she keeps bouncing, so I'm broke.

Thanks for affirming me in my line of thought though. I would've paid it if I were wrong, but I didn't think so.

On the shaving thing, I find that it helps a lot if you use shaving gel instead of shaving cream. I used to cut my face up pretty bad until I did that, and I shave about once a week because I always forget. I'm just lucky that I apparently I can pull off the roughed up, tousled look.

RE: Shaving:

The Nivea "Sensitive Skin" (or whatever it's called) stuff works pretty good for me. I use one of them Mach 3 razors, with a fresh blade every time. But I only shave like, a combined 4" of my body, so I'm no expert. :P

Cut throat? Or those old style razor thingos? Either way they're scary o_o
The old style 'safety razor' where you put a dual edged blade in the top and screw it shut. Safety razor is probably the wrong term now - it was safer than the alternatives when they invented it 100 odd years ago, but you can still cut your face clean off with it.

I think those multi blade things are just a marketing con. I mean, if you're going to stab me five times, you're going to bring one good knife and stab me repeatedly right? And if I try to sell you a five bladed knife to do it with, you're probably gonna stab me a few more times for good measure right?

Whatever you use, lathering up with a good brush is going to help no end: your face is not the same deal as one of these delightful young ladies legs…

er, is it?

I'm a satyr
i had to wiki that. and until i read this
In mythology they are often associated with sex drive and vase-painters often portrayed them with perpetual erections
i thought it was just some blokes idea to post pictures of goatmen with raging hadrons inside the article. (i know i spelt it hadron, i dont know how far i can go without getting in trouble)

and after all that i forgot my rant….i've been in a state of forgetfullness recently.

My wife goes off to our local library where they have a stack of graphic novels so just for fun I say "Grab one of those graphics for me while you're there - just something you think will be up my street".I expect her to come back with Maus, or some collection of old newspaper strips or something, so what does she get?

Witchblade meets Tomb Raider!

I checked - she chose it carefully. One of those rare occasions where you get to see yourself as others see you!

Someone had a great idea a long time ago. They realized that a kingdom can be invaded, land can be lost, people can revolt against a governing body. But a belief in something is harder to change in most people as it sets deep in a person's character.

What if there were self appointed people that can tax an individual, by promising them they can feel good about themselves by giving money for something intangible. The sovereign can set the rules on how people should live and change them anyway they want based on a power that is shrouded in mystery. An institution that can work within a government, secretly influencing the government.

selling an idea based on old stories and godly characters. The themes are used over and over. the polarizing views of good and evil, a character that is demigod, a place of torment for not following the rules of the kingdom, and true knowledge is only reserved for only the elites.

power, money and influence keeps business flowing.
keep the people scared of asking questions and limit people's knowledge of the world. One's worldly knowledge is based solely on only one source, which is stamped and approved by the kingdom.

in guise of altruism, true believers spread the word and feed the creature as it gets bigger and fatter. Those that stand against the beliefs are demonized, killed or cast off. true believers are known to shed their mortal coil for an idea of otherworldly reparations.

after all, they believe they are on the side of justice.
there's no justice.
there's just us.

tolerance is the key to peace,
not an individual belief.

Ug. I scanned, edited and resized the rest of my Ch. 2 pages today, and now I'm exhausted. I was gonna finish the pencils on another page today, but I just feel like… nothing. I don't know why doing that kind of stuff is so taxing to me. I'm sure it'd be different if I had my own scanner, and photoshop, and didn't have to do batches of twenty-something pages all at once. Well, at least it's done and I don't have to worry about uploading new ones until July.

now i remember…

Doctor Who. I cant seem to find any volumes of the first 8 Doctors. i can find individual movies, or episodes here and there. but no actual season. and with a recent hint in the series, i feel as tho i'm missing out on whats going on, because the way they did it, is that i should know, if i had been up to speed.

but that's like 20 straight years of shows, and the movie….

That's me: perpetually priapic.

-BTW, the Doctor Who movie isn't really part of the rest… All the "movie" type things are sort of an aberation really.
Witchblade meets Tomb Raider!

So mah netflix came today, i got beasts wars first season :] I'm hoping it's not so awful that i realize what a retarded kid i was.

I've filled my bookmarks with tons of quality webcomics, there's some good stuff emerging out there :] The rest of the web seems to be crap i've seen over and other. Same articles, same lame attempts at funny video game review, same 'hilarious' picture, same useless fashion info, same workout advice, same same same saaaame.
Oh well i have nothing better to do.

edit: beast wars is actually really good :0 man the 90's did everything right

Dude, I totally remember that show!
I had some action figures of it too.
I don't remember like anything about it, but I know it was cool.

Hahaha. I only kid ;)
But yeah, the funny video game reviews are getting old.
Only ones I like these days are the Angry Video Game Nerd.

I know! Basically every cartoon that came out then was amazing.
Swat Kats, came out then, and is one of my favorite, if not, my favorite cartoon.
Biker Mice from Mars…
All those good Anthro cartoons.
And the non-anthro ones too.

So I was just sitting under my bed, kinda bored, when I noticed something…disturbing. A big freakin' salvation army sticker on the bottom of my mattress! Now I am pretty grossed out by this! I have been using that mattress for years! Some hobo probably peed on it or something! Gah!
My dad is claiming that it was unused, but I am very suspicious.

Edit: I have a loft bed with a desk underneath…I'm not just some weirdo who goes under their bed all the time.

You mean you don't have things in your bedroom that duck under the bed whenever you need them? My sweats and shoes do that a lot, so I'm always looking under the bed for them.

Oh my gawd, yes. I can take my shoes off in the living room and they'll wind up under my bed.

It's probably on wikipedia somewhere, but I'm pretty sure most of the older episodes are lost. the BBC threw them away or they were in a fire or something like that.

So yesterday, my Performing Arts was starting to work on putting on the play, Alice in Wonderland. We've been doing it for a while, but I mean, two days ago is when we really got the ball rolling.
I'm working on the set.
And I had to spray paint a few benches.
I got it all over my clothes. My shirt, my pants, my hands, and my brother's hoodie.
I had to carry in a dripping wet with paint bench, because it was almost time to leave the class.

And today we have to take some kind of preparation test, for all the Sophmores. It's for the ACTs or something.

And I actually got to do a hardcore workout yesterday! And I don't feel like I'm gonna die! Woo!

I also hope to get more pages done for Chapter 2 this weekend. I'm probably going to try and pencil something today.

Now you say it, it's obvious! Sometimes it just takes a fresh eye.

Actually, I'm grateful to the (late) Witchblade artist Michael Turner because it was through an interview with him I discovered the 5611 pencil - we never had these in the UK. (Warning - pencil porn follows)

Indeed. I bought one of them drafting pencils and one of the mechanical ones. Most expensive mechanical pencil I ever bought, but damn was it worth every penny.

You complain about this like it's a bad thing, despite the fact that it's what almost all of DD probably lusts after.

Plus, you make me feel like a lazy good-for-nothing hack/never-do-well whenever I see you talk about it. :p

Ug. I been tryin' to find someone to help me (read: do for me) some html stuff on my page, without luck. A couple more weeks of this and I'm gonna have to make a dummy comic what for to finally figure it out myself. Why do I have such an aversion to computery stuff? It's like "total anxiety attack" when I even think about trying. huh!?

Also: cramps from hell. Ibuprofen doin' nothin'. I wish I could rip my ovaries out; it's not like I'm usin' 'em.
