Both. They got to write their own clues. And only two people could announce the clues. Once those people died, no more clues could be given.
So they had to basically then just lynch at random for the entire game…? The townies then would have done most of their own killing I suppose. Jebus.Well since lynching is a delicate word. They merely sent "townies" to jail. (But they couldn't get out and were for intents and purposes dead.
