Maybe if you try hard enough, top hats and monocles can be the next Chuck Norris, or the next SPARTA!

Did you know that those were both hilarious? It's true, they were fresh, hilarious, and were never overused!
It still makes me laugh when people use them today.

Oh, here's one
"Why did the top hat and monocle cross the road?

THIS. IS. SPARTA! And then Chuck Norris kicked them XD"

It's amazing. Grade A stuff. Call the president.

Personally, I see top hats and monocles, Chuck Norris, and Leeroy Jenkins on the same(top) tier of Epicness.

Sadly Pizza and Video Games go on the second tier.

Real tophats and monocles are always ok.

I own 4 of the former and 2 of the latter.
