I don't know if it's been mentioned, but check out Epic Kill
http://www.drunkduck.com/Epic_Kill/index.php

The artwork is Marvel/DC quality. I know a lot of people just say stuff like that because it's 'pretty good for a web comic', but trust me, it IS Marvel/DC quality.

Just 18 pages so far, but man, that art! The art! From panel layouts, to lineart, to coloring, to lettering… everything is professional… and there's a bunch of crap that gets published, I mean REALLY professional… golden age comic book professional.

Truly amazing work. The creator of this could make a living penciling, coloring, inking, or lettering…

Just want to give a shout out to Hocusha. It's only just started, but it's great so far!

I'm recommending this one again, because it has just started updating again, and it's even better than it was before!

God Shaped Holes has started up again recently, after coming back from webcomic death, as in it was officially declared over by the author. I guess he lied.

I don't know if this can be classified as "unnoticed" because the word sort of implies to me a comic that's been around for awhile but hasn't garnered much attentions, but anyway, I find SLEEP AGENT pretty captivating so far. The are is professional-y looking and I like the dialogue a lot. I really want to know what that guy is up to/his role; it's a comic that has a really great feel to it! It doesn't have many pages posted yet, so jump on board now I suppose. :D

I still don't understand why Cope doesn't get a billion views.

I've been following Alwinbot through this comic's title changes, and loved it every step of the way.

Well, given the relative lack of info we get on comics now, I have no idea whether this is "unnoticed" or not.  It is still very new though, so there's a strong chance it still needs some more love.
Check out Mid-Evil.  High quality artwork, engaging characters and the beginnings of a story that looks as if it could become quite epic!

EDIT: Thanks, GJ. Damn Duck broke the link!  Curse these wonky forums!

http://www.drunkduck.com/Rangetsu/ This has to be 'THE' most underated comic on DA. I'm surprise it's still not been noticed. The art is absolutely fantastic & the story is immersing. Check it out guiys. You are missing something Awesome!

Actually that one was featured, but it was right before that data loss in March. At some point over the next 2 weeks he deleted the original account (The Rangetsu Experiment) and made a new one (Rangetsu) and re-uploaded all the pages there. I'm not really sure why he did that instead of re-uploading the pages to the original account, but it basically meant no one can access his comic from the feature any more. I can't feature a comic twice. :/

You guys should check out Cataclysm
It's highly underrated. Pretty good art and story. Maybe the creator will come back and finish it.

It looks to me like he just uploaded a page yesterday.

A promising new one is starting up. It's about some very sarcastic guinea pigs. It's quite funny and the art is spot on. Seems like the creator is already established online. Check it out.

Just checked out: ReShoot and it's fantastic.

the art style reminds me of somebody else who use to update a comic here. . .  anybody else pick up on something like that?

Check out The Lighter Eater.  Fantastic Art!  And the promise of an engaging mystery set in Revolutionary Era France.  This is going to be a good one!
Edit: I can't make above link work so do a search for it: 'The Light Eater'

@KimLuster: For whatever reason you have to take out the "http://" part of links for them to work. I hope you don't mind, but I edited your post so the link works. :)
