I want to give a shout out to Air Raid Robertson. It was featured a while ago, but it's not getting many readers. So do yourself a favour and go read it!

I'll also give a shout out to Heroes Alliance, the spinoff/sequel to Heroes Unite. It was nominated for Best Community Project at the DD Awards, and is always on the lookout for more artists and writers.

Hi Everyone…

I would like to give a shout out to Darth_Paul.
So if you have a minute go take a look at a very cool comic (Unlimited Evil)
http://www.drunkduck.com/Unlimited_Evil/

Good story and lots of action.

We all need viewers and readers.
It's all free so let's help each others.

FEARLESS is one of my favorites. its a classic antihero comic, with batman type aura. the art is great and the action is well illustrated. check it out. its worth it!

Fate Running Wild is one I think deserves a wider audience. The art is great, and the dialogue manages to avoid the awkwardness that seems to plague a lot of comics on DD. It hasn't progressed too far ahead at this point, since it's just getting past the character introductions, so it's a great time to start reading before it gets prohibitively long.

I just stumbled across this one the other day and it's pretty good.

http://www.drunkduck.com/Modest_Medusa/index.php?p=788734

My only flaw with it so far is that Medusa is too darn cute. :)

Yeah I found that one the other day, very new and the creator has started working the forums a bit which is why I checked it out. He does a great job of taking things that could be a little creepy/seedy and making them cute and funny.

I'd have to say Bacon Strips. The art is 'badly' drawn, but that mofo sometimes makes me laugh till it hurts! One of my personal favorites.
I wish he would come back. :(

This is a very well done comic with a nice story about a four foot assasin.

And his rat. Don't forget about the rat.

I believe it deserves far more attention than it's getting right now.

Like a feature maybe?

I mean, I do read almost all the comics before they get featured so let's see!

I began reading Skull Kid yesteday and was hook immediately. Somewhere between drama and comedy(somewhat dark comedy) with a very interesting style. Skull Kids is about being different in school, shitty education system, and other sweet things like that.

It's been a while since I recommended anything here, but you guys really should be taking a look at Winter City.

The artwork is excellent and both the dialogue and the narrative flow smoothly. It's set in the modern-day "real world" which is possibly one of the hardest environments to depict convincingly and yet - even in the few pages posted so far - it draws you in like a good noir thriller.

From the summary it appears there may be some supernatural shenanigans going on that haven't been made explicit yet. Jump on board now, so you can be there when they are!

My Gem is 'BALLMAN' by David Mejia.

A dark-humored satirical swipe at society one minute,

then utter berzerk nonsense the next. :dizzy:

i'd totally say The Black Terror for a start:

This comic is good, and the guy has a lot of heart. To me, that's a combination I thoroughly enjoy.

I just added Hominids to my "to review" list. It's only at ten pages right now, but the art is phenomenal and the setting seems both novel and dynamic. If the plot is executed as well as the rest of it, consider me an official fan. Looks like a primeval, tribal story featuring different branches of hominids. I love how expressive the figures are.

My next recommendation is for Time Girls. So far it has ninjas, magic and naked girls! Here's what the author says about it:

The world of Time Girls is quite different than the world we believe we live in today. We understand there’s one reality, one universe, one world. But in the world of Time Girls there is an infinite number of universes, infinite dimensions where life exists exactly as it does in our own. People are born, live, die, follow dreams and right and wrong paths.

But, within these countless dimensions exist the tools of destruction for other universes, perhaps the one you live in. These devices, although mostly mysterious, are called ‘time portals’. Basically gateways to travel through time and dimensions, but they also hold unknown secrets and enormous power.

Time Girls is about teams seeking out these portals as they are discovered throughout time and space. Both good and bad are after them, and neither is willing to give one up without a fight.

OK, that’s the serious stuff out of the way, the book is also about bouncy boobs and slapstick comedy. Hot babes, comedy, action, adventure… there’s something for everyone!

The comic, however sexy, is not hentai or ‘sexual’ in any way… there will never even be a single kiss in these pages. It’s all just good sexy fun.
