I live in Monterrey, Mexico. This is a fully industrialized city and is surrounded by mountains. Is one of the most expensive cities to live but has so many cool places to visit.

No, it was designed by Daniel Tassing. It's known as The Unity Bridge and is one of many bridges that connect the city, because a river divide it in two.
