Keep it clear and concise. What is it that your work contains that will make the reader want to see it? The hook.
Start with a story synopsis in one sentence. This isn't about you, you're selling the story.
Should briefly mention setting and premise as well as set up conflict. The protagonist can be be described briefly as well as what they are going to try to accomplish to resolve the conflict.
It's all about the work and what it offers and why it deserves to be produced.
You could be mysterious to draw them in, or all hype to get them as excited about this as you are.

Bottomless Waitress:

The ups, downs, and sideways vicissitudes of the lives of four beautiful, buxom, bottomless ladies working as half clothed waitresses in a small town diner. Hilarity, action, romance, and drama.

That's a very short pitch :)
