unparalleled sexual pleasure with no use of the sense of touch or sight.
:)
I actually believe you man. Even though it sounds like a self help mantra. But I especially love that line there.

In all seriousness, if you developed that idea on paper, provided step by step instructions or whatever, a bit of background and some examples, as well as added the other things like the "dispell sadness" skill, I think you could have a workable proposal to shop around to a few publishers and hopefully make yourself some real money.

Go to a bookshop and go through the self help section; look for books there on similar subjects, observe how they're written and who publishes them and use that knowledge to make your own book. ;)

For all I know, since early childhood I have this skill that allows me to achieve unparalleled sexual pleasure with no use of the sense of touch or sight.

I don't believe this for a minute. If you were truly capable of such a feat, not only would you not be making webcomics and posting bizarre rants on these forums, you would never leave your house. Hell, you'd probably forget to eat.

Laugh all you want.

Okay. lol!

Theres such a thing called tiredness.

When youre tired of doing something you take a break for awhile to vary your activity. Just like any skill (math, drawing, martial arts, playing musical instruments, the skilled profession you're paid to do, etc.). It is impossible to be doing something 24/7. Just like drawing. You cannot do that 24-7 without varying your activity. :)

Personally, I believe that the walls need to be broken between what is called 'science', 'religion', 'occult', etc. Just how barriers between race, religion, place of origin, gender, etc. have to be broken down.

Yeah… another 'bizzare' rant. lol!

Normally I would tell say you're nuts, but this time I'm going to be a bit unpred- oh god just tell me how, please tell me how!

I did a fan comic for Super Shroom…well, okay two, and the last one I submitted I noticed a spelling mistake. I put "explination" instead of "explanation". I feel like a 'tard

I finally got the software I had to order for my new scanner today. I went through all the effort to install it and get everything set up only to have the scanner just flat out not work when I tried to scan the comic I had for tomorrow. I took it back, but now I don't have the money for a different one since the next one up is $70 more and I just had to buy books for classes.

I officially hate HP products. Next time I'm just going to spend the extra money and get a Canon or something better.

MY JOB SUCKS.

I've been here for almost eight years, and I loved working here until about two years ago, when a new supervisor took over for our typesetting department and started getting nitpicky and micromanaging. Now everything I ever liked about working here (the leniency, the flexibility, the ability to make judgment calls) is gone now and it's turned into an assembly-line/fast-food type operation. I really don't see myself working here much longer, I've already had a few clashes with my bosses. I can only hope to find a new job before they inevitably fire me.

Okay, here goes…

RRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHGH!! I CAN'T DO ANYTHING RIGHT!!

When I became a member of this site, everything seemed to be going smoothly. But when I decided to publish my comic, things were starting to go wrong…

First, I failed with every medium I chose to use, despite the fact that I can draw well. I keep submitting and resubmitting the same three stupid pages over and over again. I was getting really tired of this nonsense (as well as a lot of my readers, I bet). After failing with every medium from marker pens to ink and brushes, I resignedly decided to resort to drawing with a pencil only. My artwork was not very pleasing to the eyes (I could've drawn much better than that!), but I didn't care anymore 'cause I figured: If my artwork looked awful to begin with, how could I possibly find any fault with it? At least I can now update my pages more regularly this way.

Then the last straw came.

While submitting a page of my ever so crudely drawn comic, the DD website decided to have at me and refused to publish it by literally taking forever to upload (Mind you, it was no one in particular; it was probably just a technical difficulty.)! At first it was just me when it came to my comic going no further past 2 or 3 pages (like some kind of freakin' running gag), But now something wants to make my humor comic a laughingstock on this site (yes, irony intended)! It seems that no matter what I do (or even intend to do) in life, I CAN'T TO ANYTHING RIGHT!!

(I start screaming and banging my head on the desk (I'm okay).)

While I'm at it, why is the duck on the logo up there looking at me like that? AND WHAT'S WITH THE QUAIL?!!

oKAY–I mean, Okay, I'm done.

I got pissed off when I saw someone's post in another forum saying that Asians are part Reptoid.

That sounded racist because its like comparing Asians to Reptilian aliens who are portrayed as the villains.

But then again, Reptoids are known to be among the greatest fighters in the universe. Does that explain the following?

- Most martial arts originated in Asia.

- I've seen alot of street fights. I've noted the skill level and aggression difference in the fights in the Philippines and the fights here that often end up in youtube. Not to say that white people suck at fighting. I got my ass handed to me by a white guy in the gym on many occasions. But then again he got bigger muscles and more experience. I'm talking general skill level and aggression here.

- The brutal military training of Asian nations. Go search for vids showing North Korean training. And I think thats the reason why the VC kicked USA's ass in the vietnam war. Because those guys are used to brutal conditions even if they had shit equipment compared to the USA. And everyone knows that the US occupiers had to invent a more powerful gun to stop the Filipino warriors. The guns that worked on the Indians didnt work on us.

Martial arts developed everywhere… (means "war Art", includes shooting, boxing, all weapons art skills- fencing, archery, horsemanship etc). Many South Eastern Asian countries developed sophisticated bare handed fighting styles, mainly because common people in many of those places were forbidden the use of weapons.

Maybe.

According to the Philippine history I was taught in school, the setup was much like ancient Greece. City states independent of each other. Every male (some of those city states trained females) was trained how to fight as early as age 5. That includes weapons and bare hands. Because they lived in constant threat of war with the neighboring city states.

Maybe in Korea or China that was the case (correct me if Im wrong I havent read much about their histories).

…but then again, I have my doubts about those reptoid thingies.

However it would be interesting to learn that humans came from the stars.

Yeah, civil defence training, sounds right. All war, battle and fight training is "Martial arts" if they're finely honed and developed disciplines. The term just became more associated in the popular mind with "Asian" hand to hand fighting when Bruce Lee made it big in the 70s I think.

The last one I spoke to irritated me with its stupid happy happy joy joy recorded voice that I just said "For F**ks sake!!!!!!"… and the next thing IT said was "I think I better let you talk to a human operator", and I got put straight through. When I got put through the guy on the other end was shocked, he don't know how I got past it… lol!

The European martial arts are more focused on takedowns and wrestling skills (including joint locks).

The Roman gladiators and soldiers definitely had a martial art of their own since they had to fight for their lives everyday.

However these days, martial arts are getting blended together. (see UFC and other mixed martial arts) It started out when Royce Gracie showed the world how Brazilian Jujitsu can make it possible for a 170 lb man to defeat opponents with 100 lb weight advantage.

Then every martial artist tried to incorporate Brazilian Jujitsu (BJJ) in their training. But still that isnt enough to make a complete fighter. How can your ground skills be used if your opponent stays away and keeps hitting and running? You need stand up skills to be able to hold your ground. That is why Muai Thai is the preferred stand up martial art.

Most MMA fighters train in BJJ (for ground) and Muai Thai (for stand up). When it comes to weapons, Escrima or Kali (Filipino systems) are preferred. Why those three are the most popular? It is because of their effectiveness.

Brazilian JUJITSU. It originated in Japan though it was modified by the Gracies.

Muai Thai. Originated in Thailand.

Escrima / Kali - The popular term for Filipino martial arts. Being the fragmented city states (at least 100 of them) it once was, there are probably more variants of them such as sikaran (kicks), kino mutai (biting) , yaw yan (striking), dumog (similar to BJJ), etc.

All of them are Asian countries (Japan, Thailand, Philippines).

However in martial arts forums, effectiveness of martial arts are often debated. Though I believe that the most effective martial arts are the ones with hardcore training. If the focus is in full contact sparring (at least 50% of the class time) and not on katas.

Still… I am somewhat convinced (about 60% yes but I have my doubts) of Alien intervention (could be a combination of Reptoid, Zeta Reticuli, and Sirian ) in Asia as far as martial arts and ancient religions are concerned. For instance, why is Dumog similar to BJJ (A FMA instructor I met scoffed at BJJ and called it overrated and inferior)? And why are Asian religions focused on talking with spirits or attaining an enlightened state? Could the ancient Filipinos arrived at that similar system that the Gracies popularized? Or were they taught by ETs?

Or is the whole of humanity influenced by ET civilizations (Mayan temples, Egyptian Pyramids, those hi-tech USA weapons)?

The truth is out there.

Lucky you, I have an annoyingly high tolerance for alcohol. I have to spend a bloody fortune just to get slightly tipsy. Probably why I don't like going out much, dancing like a prat is no fun when you're sober.
