Had an allergic reaction last night. :( Normally I get a red wrist band and go in right away, but a person who needed to be resuscitated came in like just before me so that took everyone's attention away for an hour or so.

It was pretty scary because when I first got there and went to the washroom, I was all bright red and puffed up and stuff. Then after the redness had gone away, but I was still nauseous, and I saw myself again I was like pale yellow, my lips were barely brighter than my face. Messed up. Ended up going home like that because I figured what I needed most was some sleep.

Feeling much better this morning. Still a little pale when I first woke up, and my stomach isn't 100%.

Oh God, formal's tonight. It's pouring. Heavy sigh.

Do they take requests?

yes they do, what do you want to hear?

Not because of my recipes I hope…
glad you're still alive by the way.

Is the other person all right? O_O

Are you the proper colour again yet?

…….
I buy far too much stuff from e-bay.

What do I need two monocles for?
I don't wear one waistcoat, let alone five!
Three pairs of old style high waisted British military dress trousers…
Five other pairs of vintage trousers…
Numerous old fashioned dress shirts.
An abundance of pearl button studs.
Four top hats!
Three white silk scarves.
Three pairs of spats!
Two walking stick ferrules.
Three sabres.
Many, many starched detachable arrow collars.

…and others. LOTS of other stuff.

Ugh, I'm going to bed.

Why do you only have four top hats?
That's not nearly enough, men of our stature should have a hat for every day of the week and two on sunday!

I just counted all my caps, hats, beenies and the like and I appear to have 62 differents sets of headgear. of wich only 12 don't fit anymore.
Not a joke.

the funny thing is that I've not worn any hats this year. That's got to change!

I vow to wear one hat a week! for Pony!

Yeah I think she was okay, they were keeping her there for observation from what I heard.

I had some fruit and went for a little walk and stuff and I look okay now, just tired and a bit upset.

i'm in a cleaning mood. I got all the solid dog poo outta the yard. a feat, because until this week, we've had the same snow on the ground since our massive blizzards every 2 weeks. so that's 3 months worth of dog poo! i cleaned out my car, vacuumed it, and heading to wal-mart to buy leather cleaner, and window cleaner and other cleaner….then i'm going to clean my wife's car out!

then that woman can clean the damn house!

So they cancelled my formal due to rain 3 hours before It was supposed to start. It was -already- rescheduled due to the snow. I -already- had my hair done, didn't get the call until right after I came home and my date -already- paid for the flowers… This is so unbelievably unprofessional. They should have just let people decide if they were going or not for themselves. Now I don't even know if there will even be another formal and we spent a ton of money on it.

My head is killing me now.

Argh my sinuses are going nuts right now. Earlier today it was just some pressure, but as the day went on it's more pressure and now the inside of my nose feels raw, and my head around my eyes hurts, and I've been squinting since 4 in the afternoon because everything is either too bright or too blurry or just too hard to look at. I've pharmed myself up to no avail. :[ I REALLY REALLY Have To do some work tomorrow and I really don't want to feel like this while I do it. ;_; Goddamnit I did not have allergies or whatever this is before I came to England

Coincidence Graceh, it is raining here too. I hate it. :(

Now I know where all the rain went. It's hot over here!!! Aircon at full blast but I'm still roasting!!! I guess I've got an excuse to head over to the local supermarket and hang out in the freezer section…

Worse… for this shooter project I'm working on I'm planning on giving Skoolmunkee… "Rocket Punch" Gloves!
Fair enough. As long as Pinky's flame rifle is stronger! >:}
Flame Rifles are stronger, but Rocket Punches never run out of fuel. :)

I'm against using pain relief, so I wouldn't recommend any aspirine or other pharmaceuticals, I don't know how to remove the blockage but picking your nose a lot might help, massaging your head might make it all a bit more bearable.

My stephmom is a proffesional masseuse and she taught me some tricks, massaging around your own eyes can be very helpfull too. If you feel around your own eyes, top and a little bit towards your nose, you can feel a slight dent in the bone. if you keep a little pressure on your eye from that spot for about a minute, together with massaging your temples, the sides of your neck, and your shoulders the headache should clear up a bit. braething deeply through your mouth helps ease pain or pressure too.

And of course you should keep an eye on it, it might be an infection, which can really screw you up.

Maybe
This
helps?

I wish I could buy too much stuff from e-bay (or allegro, which is a "local ebay" thing). If everything works out, I'm getting a job at the end of the month and spending my cash on…

more memory for my pc (3x512mb would do, I'm not sure my pc can take 1gb sticks),
a new dvd burner,
a new graphic card (one with hardware video decoding that a friend suggested),
a cheapo video camera (probably the kodak zi6 as they're on sale here so it's like 120$ now… then I'll be making music vids for my music :D ),
shoes! probably some pumps or something, as long as they're heels :D And a pair of boots of some kind…
a corset,
some makeup/nailpolish stuffs
some hair removal thingie
some clothes, not decided on what yet, will see what's on sale once the time comes…
and so on…

of course it all depends on whether I get the job or not!

I probably should have used the extra time I had today for something productive like finishing a comic or starting my take home test. Sadly, I used it on moping instead and it really didn't do me any good. This is one of those days where going to bed is more appealing than staying awake but I'm kept up by the urge to do something productive. >:/

It's best if you buy pairs…

also, if you go to "start", select "run", type in "dxdiag"
a box will pop up. The listing for "system model" is the type of mother board you have. you can then google that for what you are compatible with…

He yeah, in ma E-bay stuffs… But forgot that only 3 of those hats are from E-bay. Oops!

Oh I have a gazillion hats all told. A healthy number ;)

Sounds like you have a good collection there, but a good way forward would be to pair back on the cap portion of the collection and start collecting some other varieties.
It's funny but "hat hair" is actually mosre of a problem with caps than any other type of hat! It should be called "cap-hair". Even helmets don't mould your hair quite like a cap does. They're eeeeevil.

Pairs… but that's the problem, I have three slots in there, not four. I can't find the manual that came with the board and the producer's site doesn't list anything above 512mb as tested. Since I want to mess around with video, putting in more than 1gb would be wise.

Oh god, not even sure if I should write this…but I guess I will. On a vacation at Long Island, me, my aunt, and uncle are walking in the neighborhood, and then this truck drives by, a truck that looks kinda like this:

Anyways, the driver is drunk, the passengers are drunk, and the guy riding shotgun is REALLY wasted. This is the part that I was griping about earlier. He had his shorts down and his bum stuck out of the window, and these guys were driving around beaches and restaurants (I heard about this later on) and places. And all this time, that fat guy riding shotgun kept on repeating "look at my ass, look at my ass!". They damn nearly ran us over! Later I heard they got arrested, for multiple things. But still, I just remembered all of this, when I nearly stepped in a human feces today. Yeah, today sucked lots. lots. Anyone have anything worse happen to them recently? Anyone? Sorry about that folks, just needed to vent. Don't drink and drive, or stuff like that could happen. Or even better yet, if you don't drink at all, the risk of drinking and driving is greatly reduced. Just, don't drink and drive. I am already scared enough.

I'm not sure if this is worse, you can be the judge, but one of my better friends (who I haven't seen in ages) thinks I'm a creep… with mental problems… somehow…

It's just annoying 'cause I can't even talk to her about her reasons for hating me. The problem is that she hasn't seen me in person for quite some time and thinks I'm someone entirely different from how I really am. It really does make me feel like shit.

See, those sorts of thing make for really funny stories! So that's something to take away from the experiences- you can entertain people :)
Honestly. You'd be surprised how much people appreciate funny stories like that. It will make you popular and more fun to be around. ;)

Windows XP handles video editing reasonably well on 1 gig of memory.
It'd be a different story with Vista or Windows 7 or OSX on an Apple… But you'll probably be ok.

Anyway, I don't think you always need pairs for memory, it depends on the type of memory and the computer.

pairs aren't needed. but it's optimal.

3 slots huh? that's crazy! i've never seen an odd number of memory slots…oh well, i'm sure if you googled "optimal configuration for XXXXX" you'll be able to find all you need.

@ Fish- That's worse than mine, cause my problem had a solution. The law, but man, I feel bad for a dude. I can sympathize, a similar scenario like this has happened to me before, but not as severe. Maybe you can ask someone to ask her about it got you?

@ Ozone- Hadn't thought of using it as material, just thought it was too much. But hey, if traumatizing life experiences are what people think are funny these days, I'm all for it! Plus, telling it to all of you is much less expensive than a shrink!

I remember growing up and constently being backed stabed by my so called friends. I remember each one. I remember their faces and how they did it. I remember Austin who became too popular to continue to hang out with me. I remember David who was just as unpopular as me start to pick on me so he could become popular.

Now I just resently met some friends that I havn't seen in years. They moved away. Never picked on me never did anything mean towards me. They want to reconnect like the old days but I don't know. They've gained alot of bagage during the time we were apart. And I'm happy with my current group of friends. I have a core of good friends and a outer shell of good acquaintances. I feel like I'd just be emotionally exhausted if I reconnect with them((I'm the problem solver type in RL)). But this makes me feel like I'm becomming what I've always hated.

This is just one of the reasons why I fell a bit uptight right now.

The worst thing I've seen? Walking to the back of a building and seeing two guys… grunting… going at it like rabbits… and I'll just leave it there. That image is permanently seared into my mind…

I don't know any of her friends. Or anyone else in contact with her.
