Oh, I was thinking of one of Skreem's old comics, or someone like Skreem…? Can't recall. It was called "Bamfield high" or something. Ugh, can't remember. I'm sure Ironscarf knows it.
It was a very saucy comic with people talking as if they came straight out of a Carry On film. ^_^
Im so burned out. I sometimes wish I had a greater brain capacity or something. Perhaps if there was 10 or more of me inside… like a satanic super soldier multiple personality freak or something… I'd never need to sleep.

I think that was… Bramblesomething Academy, by Louloulou. I accidentally offended him because he took the comic down at one point, saying he was going to redo it, and I said something about hoping how it would be based less on traced photos. :I

I have quite a heavy headache tonight, it's been getting worse steadily all day. I fear I will be quite flat on tonight's quackcast so I apologise in advance.

The guy was FIFTEEN YEARS OLD fer chrissake! Is it really necessary to crucify him on this forum for some stupid crap he pulled when he was FIFTEEN YEARS OLD, just because some DD users are joining his site? The flow of users to ComicFury should be held up as an example to Wowio of why they should stop and think about their stupid crap. After all, they don't have the excuse of being FIFTEEN YEARS OLD!
(Sorry, I would've addressed this to Ozone but he called a halt to the discussion afater dragging this whole issue up and making all kinds of allegations about what Kyo didn't actually do but supposedly would've done given half the chance.)

I don't know why you are constructing this in some anti-Comic Fury Vs anti Wowio way man. The discussion on the hack indecent came up in totally natural conversation because it turned out that this Kyo and that one were the same person.
The further discussion has nothing what so ever to do with DD users going to that site or any other. Just as you have feelings of loyalty towards your friend that are aroused by mention of his name, WE have feelings of anger and wariness aroused by that name because of connection with that incident that we personally experienced.
I really think that it would be better for us all just to drop this now because there's a lot of utterly miss-directed anger here.

Fifteen is old enough to practice good judgement. 15-year-olds can be mature in different ways, and if he's able enough to have actually done the script kiddie things he did, he was able to make a judgement (a poor one, as it turned out) about what he should do with that ability. I'm sorry but I won't accept "being a teenager" as an excuse for damaging actions. What he did was immature, but that has nothing to do with his age at the time and I won't forgive him on that principle.
It doesn't have anything to do with people going over to ComicFury, for me. It's just coincidence that it's run by someone that I'm wary of. If he was running any other site I'd still be wary. I agree that Wowio should take notice of the migration- we've mentioned it to them but I'm not sure how it could be conceptualized into something that Wowio could "do" - other than provide a better site with a better toolset, which they're already working on.
In other news, obviously the migration is delayed- and will be delayed, there is no imminent changeover. Lawrence would like to make an announcement about all the new information (he and some others are trying to build up a more personable, positive relationship with you guys so they aren't seen as "Wowio"). Part of that information will be the revised timeline, as well as some positive announcements and plans that I think people will be happy to hear. Expect that "list of upcoming features" soon too, Kinh is trying to get that done for tomorrow. Those guys get the privilege of bringing you good news this time. :]
I remember what I acted like at 15-17 years old so I can see both sides. I'm not gonna write comicfury off yet though, Kyo seems like a swell enough guy and actually puts new features on the site within hours and not months.

It was the head honcho bitch chicken, and one thing about her is she is a very noisy eater. Whenever I bring fresh food or some grass I picked in the yard she will make this very self-satisfied chirping noise while eating. It almost sounds like she's going "Mmm-! mm nn nom nom", i've never heard anything quite like it.
So today I brought them some grass as usual she was chirpy, and all the sudden she went "Mmm-! mm nn–:V BAWK!". It was pretty funny hehe

I kinda deserve it, though. I remember being that 15 year old 4chan regular who thought he was on top of the world. I'm really lucky not to have gotten sued looking at all the stupid shit I did.

It can be very frightening when young people are very smart and bored and have access to affect things way beyond their personal circle. They know that they're doing wrong, but there is a defiance to even consider consequences that is typical of youth. As someone said earlier, we've all been guilty of being "dicks" one way or another at 15.
Fifteen, in my opinion, is not "young" when it comes to knowing right or wrong. But appreciating how dominoes could fall? Fifteen is young.
I think forgiveness is in order, but I can't blame anyone for not forgetting.

Right now I know the full story about this business with Kyo, I was under the impression we had some master hacker on our hands. He did it in the past (as Rafiki says: "It doesn't matter, it's in the past now!") and nowadays he seems like just a normal guy trying to run a website. I wanted to wait until I knew the whole story before making an real decision on the matter. I'm not going to abandon ship on CF becase of it, but its good to know.
I was a dick at 15, still am at 17. You just don't think right at that age, everything seems like a good idea.
(in fact, I made heaps of stupid mistakes at that 15. I was a Deviantart whore and wrote about personal stuff on the web and got suspended from school because I wrote about teachers because I thought I was invincible, sooo proof of concept)
