Granted. You lose everything, including your gender. Every one laughs at you and calls you a freak. Then scientists breaks you open to study you while you're alive, causing you to die very slowly and painfully.

I wish some one would make the greatest comic ever and never stop updating it (When they die, their ghosts come back and possess computers to continue the comic) and it never loses it's awesomeness or originality

Granted we all get along in years very rapidly, and die of old age instead of fighting in the civil war, but because we aged so fast, we didn't leave a message behind to those that came after us, and they made all the mistakes we did. So hey, WE don't have to fight, but it'll happen eventually.

I wish I knew the question of life, because the answer is '42'.

Wish granted. The world's geography changes to remove all mountains and low lying areas, preventing the possibility of flooding by creating a uniform surface such that no water can collect. All oceans, lakes and rivers dry up, killing sea life. Perfect amounts of precipitation turn deserts and the dried ocean beds into lush jungles. The rain is only ever enough to wet the ground. The lack of standing water makes it increasingly difficult to produce drinking water for all the remaining animal life. The increase in humidity causes the temperature of the earth to sore near the equator and dip dramatically near the poles. The humidity also makes the air harder to breath and allows molds and bacteria to grow unchecked causing allergies and disease. The atmosphere becomes so oxygen rich due to the increase in plant life, that flash fires caused by the smallest of sparks become a huge threat to all life, despite the prompt rains to help quench the flames.

I wish I didn't have to make a wish.
