Who is that actor anyway?

I love sex dreams. The people are rarely ever celebs, never generic, and rarely anyone I know. They're usually really interesting people that my subconscious just comes up with like this lovely African Brazilian woman last night… :)

I think more sick than sad or strange; possibly scary as well. huh!?

Very rarely are my sex dreams actually satisfying, unfortunately. Usually they involve a lot of frustration, and the act itself is usually thwarted by some kind of bizarre intervention. Or the chick just like, vanishes. Because it's almost always a chick. Maybe that's indicative of the lack of female, eh… "companionship" that my 7 year relationship with a man has resulted in… :(

*insert angry comment about customer's mothers here*

I've spent a week straight, 7:30 am to 8:30 pm dealing with customers and they are incredibly lucky I'm not in the sporting goods department with access to weapons. I just can't stand the stupid any more. How does someone with a PhD become terminally retarded upon walking into a store?! How?! I mean it's funny when they ask for a generator that runs on electricity, but it gets aggravating when they make me sit and explain the math on what I charged them 3 times or they want to negotiate on the details of their contract after being told 4 times there's no negotiating. It's not funny to go to lunch and come back to find the drill motor I was working on pulled into the smallest parts possible and scattered all over the work bench.

I find myself swearing at coworkers ( some of whom aren't too much brighter than the equipment we rent.) and customers so often that my boss has likened it to Tourett's. My short temper and aggressive tendencies are starting to come back after I've been able to manage them for so long. :/

I just bought the coolest pair of jeans i've ever had, they fit me like a glove and are really awesome ^_^

The racing thing was amazing, i went so fast around the turns. My cousin wussed out after the first round which surprised me because the whole thing was her idea. Eh that's skinny hippie chicks for yah, everything else was fun though. :)

Great, rather than focus on the character designs and stuff… I end up looking over another concept!

This time I took on a concept I created for the "create a superheroine contest" by Shadowline a year or two ago. Originally it was going to be a 3 issue mini (basically a first story arc in a very compressed trilogy)…

But right now I want to go more in the vein of a Kirby-inspired saga. Crank up the wacky and weird, try to invent some new things and focus on dynamic… and do another 300-600 page script? haha. I got the basic concept and some character ideas ready and I'll TRY to wait with writing this until I'm underway with art on the "vampire" thing.

Oh yeah, got 6 characters basically designed (one still needs tweaking and I focused basically on their hair and characteristic parts of costumes, heh). I still need to finish off one of the main characters and design about 15 more (some of which will be "stock" characters in the sense I'll be using them for soldiers or officers on either one or other side etc.)

I kept on distracting myself so that I don't have to search for photos of horses… ended up dismantling and cleaning my keyboard one key at a time, haha.

I dunno. I used to like between 20-50% of the comics on this site but now it seems that they all suck.

Agreed. The quality of comics here has seemed to dip recently, what with people quitting or leaving. What we need is a team of action comic artists to revive it. I shall be the Blue Action Artist, who will join me?

Okay, I might as well confess- I'm one of thousands secret agents who have infiltrated DD with the sole purpose of flooding it with comics that suck.

It's just one small part of a massive, world-wide conspiracy. We finance our nefarious plot with the funds gathered from speeding tickets given by corrupt police, who are colluding with us. We are also responsible for rigging both the US presidential elections and American Idol.

But there is quite a few…not good comics on here. But then there's a fair share of good ones.

I'm in the middle of re-making mine, yet again, pretty much to add a few things, and take out that whole beginning part. It's so insignificant, and distracts from the main storyline. I didn't want people thinking that would be the whole comic.

And today, I'm going to try to talk to that girl today.

1. Ha. That girl reminds me of my friend Megan. If she was super-tattooed, pierced, had dyed hair, and was a bit more violent.

2. I'm finally gettin' back to putting in 8 or so hours on the comic- well, at least I did yesterday. My hand's killin' me, though. If I can get back up to 12 hours, I'll be happy.

3. Doctor today. It's about frickin' time. Might be the last time I see her before I move. Not looking forward to findin' a new one. As much as she annoys me sometimes, I do like her a lot, and she already has a history of me, so to speak. I hate establishing that kinda thing all over again- it takes forever.

4. Also- totally gay for my iPhone. It's like, my favorite thing I've ever owned. I hate markin' out for technology, but I'm fairly sure it's increased my quality of life. Or else Apple's just brainwashed me.

There are so many comics around here saying they all suck is a cop out. So you've read every page of every comic? I don't think so.

It's like walking into your local library, reading 100 books and saying every book in the library sucks. Cue knight with raw chicken to hit you over the head until something therein rattles and you have an intelligent thought not based on the cloud cuckoo land very much discredited and without firm evidence rantings of internet idiots and Jim Marrs.

Please note that I am also a member of the conspiracy having been co-opted 10+ years ago. Still waiting for my invitiation to join the CFR. I know black helicopters aren't really black… they're either Gunship Grey or Helicopter Olive Drab and markings on military helicopters are lo-vis so they're not visible to a casual observer. Duh. You guys are so easy to fool.

Yeah… my fault there. I fully admit to giving up on it.

Actually, now I think of it, I've been finding myself slowly drifting away from DD altogether. I'm getting so busy and I'm just finding myself not quite as interested in comics as I was. I've been getting more and more absorbed in design stuff lately. I still love the community here and all, but I feel kind of cut up about the fact that I'm quitting my comic. I put a lot into it and I did it for so long that it's really hard to think of officially admitting that I'm done with it. Maybe I'm just bein' mopey, but I don't think I'm the first person to have a hard time admitting it's over.

Maybe I'll spend so time thinking about how to mix some of the new interests I have with comics.

i got double paid. at first i didnt notice the deposit, but thought that i had been super awesome with my lack of spending recently. but then it seemed to good to be true. so i went over my statement, and low and behold, i had been double paid. when i went in to inform the people of their mistake (damn my honesty) they said they had no record of me being double paid, and that i should double check my statement, and call the bank to make sure it was deposited by them (you know, because i wouldnt recognize the depositer, that's been paying my check 2x a month, for the last 4 years…) anyways, i did, and i brought the statement in, and they were like "huh, guess you weren't lying" then they told me to hold my bank account until they take it out (but without the records to say that it was paid twice, this could take up to a year to fix…..jerks)
