I did not.
I kind of make a point not to look at sprite comics.

Urgh. I knew I forgot something when I put the last gallery exhibition up. -_-

I forgot to put the cards with my price and contact info on them up with the work. The gallery coordinator just emailed me to tell me that people have been asking if the milkfish were for sale and that she didn't have any way for them to contact me or a price to sell them at. I could have been making enough money to cover the rent on the wall space if not for that. I don't even know how the heck I could have forgotten something so important. *-___-

that's probably for the best, the odds of a sprite comic being good is more remote then worldwide nuclear disarmament.

I got a nasty blister assembling my new cage. It also cost as much as my brother's new high definition monitor. Eh, it's worth it. It's as tall as my mom, and I like having happy critters.

Wow that's super cool usedbooks :) Sometimes i think about getting a chinchilla as a miniature cat, but my cat would probably do that thing that she does with spiders and crush it with her paw til' it doesn't move. :(

The nice thing about cats is they can just wander off and then come back again when they want to exploit you for food or affection or whatever. You wouldn't get that from a chinchilla.

Well, from what Web M.D says, apparently I sprained my ankle, by running.
My Dad is still in the ICU, and we're thinking he's going to get out, and go into a normal room by tomorrow.

And I can barely walk, because of said ankle. At first I thought it was my shin, but I started pressing around the area where it hurt, and it was the ankle area. It hurts really bad to walk. I've never actually sprained anything before (except maybe big toe?), and I never planned on it.

In good news, I finished the Mission Page earlier today, and also got the pencils to Page 1 done just about, I'm going to make some adjustments tomorrow, and I'll go from there.

did you roll your ankle? step on it sideways or what not? you may also be over running it, hurting the muscle. have you upped your mileage?
i hope your dad gets better, it sucks to lose a father at 17.

got my tat. it didnt hurt as much as the other 2. the lady did it. she said, most people say that when a woman gives a tattoo, it's always better.

I was able to keep down some eggs and toast early this morning. Dare I make rice for dinner?

I say 'dinner' but it will really be more like lunch because I woke up today at noon on the lovely cool bathroom floor.

Thankfully I was able to rearrange a meeting because I ain't going in tomorrow. Poor Union is going crazy for a walk though, she hasn't had one since Thursday morning. :[

Uh, no, actually. When I was doing half-squats (just using body weight), I went to do one, and one of my legs (I'm guessing it's the one that hurts) twisted and popped. It felt fine for a while, until I got done running.
And I ran the same amount, I think I ran a bit faster though, especially because it was storming. Hahaha.

Thanks man.

Edit: He's out of the ICU! He's breathing on his own now. Ugh…I'm so happy I could cry.

Well. I'm all settled into my apartment now. It is going to be interesting for the first month though. My boyfriend works nights. So he is slightly nocturnal. Which means I have to be at a reasonable volume during the day.

I really don't have much else to talk about.

My only complaint is that I don't Have a desk. I just have a lapboard to balance my laptop on. And I know that this is not good for me cause I heard the therapists where I volunteered giving a woman with a bum arm lessons on ergonomics. I can just hope that I will do ok being that I'm still young and of reasonably sound body.

ugh… work…

Got a guy who decided he had the right to park in the Handicap Parking space. Yeah… spewing in my face about why he should be allowed to park when he doesn't have a sticker (not to mention he's not even handicapped). He says he'll only be there for a minute, but seeing the long line in the store as well as experience in dealing with these jerks tells me otherwise. He comes out TEN MINUTES LATER to find that I had not only called the police, but they were in the process of towing his ride away. And he promptly blames me for his predicament.

Well, I figure if he can afford that nice airbrushed paintjob and the really REALLY nice chrome spinning rims he can certainly afford the release fee for his car.

The jerks who do this really make me upset. I spent 2 years pushing my mother around in her wheelchair before she died thanks to her heart condition; she couldn't walk far nor in the hot sun. The handicap parking spaces were pretty important to her health in that she didn't have to move far, and it's pretty hard to move a wheelchair around in normal parking areas anyway.

I think your life would make an epic comic Lonne, just sayin'

——————————————-

I was looking for info on digimon's 6th season, and i've course stumbled into a 'whch seeson is best?! ! ^.^' thread. I lol'd that the only ones who hated the 3rd season where kids under age 9 that could barely type. Tamers was pure awesome, the digimon actually die, one of the main characters wants and tries to kill herself, renamon and rika have some questionable dialogue, and elements of serial experiments lain all wrapped into a show for 10 year olds. If i had to rank seasons it'd be:
3,2,1,5,4

The unedited season 5 of course, it was more stupid shoenen AGUMON DAIJOUBOU ANIKI!! but still kinda dark. Frontier can burn in a fire and so can the hordes of fucked up shotacon that came with it.

So i have a total of 7 comics i want to do, 2 of them are horror which i fail at drawing so i'm wondering i should get some other artist for it or enjoy the challenge…sigh i might as well do it myself

Wait… who'd want to read a comic about a security guar… er… officer? My job's mostly boring…

8-10 hours of watching some boring parking lot full of the same cars every night. Contrary to the stereotype not all of us eat over a dozen donuts and drink several gallons of coffee every night (though the coffee part does apply to me, but 20 fluid ounces, not GALLONS!!!). Still, it's a nice way to meet people and you get to see things that you almost never see on a regular 9-5 day job. Of course there are things I've seen on the job that I wish I could unsee… x_x

Chinchillas are about as big as guinea pigs, so it'd be hard to crush that under a paw. Unless your cat is really big.

I agree, except I think it's 3,1,2,5,4.Ahhh, Digimon was one of my favorite series as a kid. So Great.

Qwest is really fucking up my Internet usage. According to them, they aren't "throttling" usage, but it's the same god damn thing.

Now, their interleave has always been repulsively strong (I cannot, cannot, cannot connect to my NEIGHBOR at less than a ping of 102 and the ping to the company is an average of 106…in Denver…about 10 minutes up the freeway).

Over the course of a while now, I've noticed any website which streams video (YouTube, ScrewAttack, Break) is very, very slow when I'm trying to watch the movies. Well, now it's getting so bad that they have put a "cap" on the overall. This means that if this laptop is downloading something at 143kb/s (pathetic on a fucking 1.5mb connection!) and I try to play CoD4 multiplayer on my gaming machine, my latency is so high that I cannot join a server. Forget multiple downloads even. I had one transferring at 156kb/s and it when I started DLing (from a different site) the other patch both suddenly choked down to 30kb/s. Then, on top of that, every webpage I tried to view timed out…including this one. I spent 10 minutes trying to just get on this.

I am so damn sick of this throttling bullshit. They need to just fix the god damn infrastructure of the ISPs here in America. Other nations have 26MB DSL connections with none of this throttling and caps bullshit. Comcast was already fined for putting in their throttling without notifications and was forced to up their "excessive use" from 3GB a month to something like 250GB.

I'm a god damn gamer…don't punish me for using a service I'm paying out the ass for every month. Stop putting a bandaid on a severed leg!

In a positive light…I finished my animation projects I was trying to get done. The first is Captain R: The Game Ranger 3 (The Army of Evil K) and the second is Holy Sprites. Go check them out if you'd like.

I've also been doing a little bit of voice acting and getting compliments on it.

Back to the negative and annoying…I am no longer the resident "piggy". It's looking like it's completely over. The guy isn't dead, but I should have fucking killed him to make this more worth while. I was in the right. I was in the law. I was in the policy. The city council decided to fuck me in the ass and as a result, I am unhirable.

I rant/vent them because they're the unusual stuff that happens on the job. A comic wouldn't be a bad idea, though… :)
