The Pizza/Taco war.
Zero walked long and hard thought the desert. Every troop unit he came a crossed, where it was tacodiers or pizzateers, was destroyed by his hands. He was the number one enemy of both sides, and everyone was afraid of him. As he walked, he came to a small town controlled by Pizzateers. "Damn… I can't enter looking like this" said Zero as he looked on. He then gets out a cloak and walks into town. "who are you? asked a pizzateer. "just a traveler. nothing more." lied Zero. The man believed him and Zero head to the bar. Inside was six pizzateers and the bartender. "Bartender. A beer please." Said Zero. Three pizzateer looked at Zero then when back to there game of dice. "Here you go" said the bartender. Zero took a sip. Then the door to the bar was slammed open. A pizzateer came in. Zero looked out of the corner of his eye and thought *Oh Shit!* The person who walked in was Imshard.
One of the pizzateers at the bar got up. He looked first at the dude in the cloak, and then at Shard. He then pulls out a special gun. The pizzateer was none other than me!
I pointed the gun at Shard. Just then, the fake emblem on my shoulder fell off. It revealed my broken Tacodier emblem. I was no longer of the Tacodiers. They had found out about me being at the peace meeting and stripped me of my rank. Luckily, they did not know why I was there.
I had decided it was better this way. That way, if the war ever did end, I waould not be hunted down so easily for being what I am. I decided to find the legendary Zero, and fight alongside him. I then hit my broken emblem. Black armor similar to Zero's covered my body. My gun grew, warpped around my arm, and became a part of it. I think it's about time I told you my name. I am Riku Valentine, and what I just described was my true form.
Riku:

You must be thinking what the hell by now. well it's a new mission.
The mission is to continue the story as it goes along and to deal with Zero as you wish. (note: you can not kill Zero but other than that there is no boundaries.)
Imshard won the last one as well.
There he was!
Shard had finally tracked down Riku. Commander Cilantro was still in the infirmary after the incident in the west Sausage forest. Riku had gotten away by sacrificing his co-conspirators to the pursuers and escaped to Burger. Now he was back. Intelligence had detected him entering the hotly contested cheese desert region. He opened his holsters, held his blaster in one hand and tranq gun in the other. He burst in, raised the tranq and squeezed the trigger. The dart struck him between the eyes. He screamed and clutched his face for a moment, as the serum painfully filled his sinuses. He collapsed with a grunt. The mix would take 27 hours to wear off.
"don't move" - a simple command backed up with a muzzle pressed into the back of his neck. Shard froze obediantly. "toss your guns and get on the ground". The off-duty pizzateers around the bar did nothing, despite the clear Colonel's star on Shard's uniform and the newly revealed taco emblem on Riku. crap, did Riku have an accomplice afterall? "drop them now". he did so and kicked them away. "good now on your knees"
Instead he spun and knocked the pistol out of his attacker's hand and trapped it with one arm. His other hand swept a Pizza cutter out of its sheath towards his opponent's heart.
the man answered it expertly with his own blade, and swept Shard's legs out from beneath him. Shard shifted his weight on the way down and dragged his target with him. they rolled and ended each holding the other's arm in joint locks and knifes at the other's throat. Shard froze with recognition, his attacker did the same.
"Zero? Brother?"
Imshard:
Whoa! Nice. This took me two and a half reads to get. that the man was Zero.

Zero looked at Imshard. "What where you thinking joining any of these sides?" Yelled Zero as he got up. "well..I" stuttered Imshard who was still in shock of seeing Zero. "No matter… You must know I'm a wanted criminal if you are a Colonel." Said Zero as he walked up to Riku. "Why don't you join use them!" Yelled Imshard. "You know Why! Yelled Zero in a tone that froze everyone in there tracks. "The damned leaders killed my love and I have vowed to destory them both!" Explaned Zero as he picked up Riku. "If anyone of you follows me, I'll kill you." said Zero as he draged Riku out of the Bar and into the desert. Imshard and the Pizzateers watched them dissapper as the sun went down.
Shard stood stock still for a moment, shamed. Then he remembered himself.
He turned to the bleary eyed drunk troops in the bar. "Report to your commanders! You're all disgraces to your uniforms!" With that he charged out after his only remaining family. Encumbered by Riku, Zero hadn't gotten far. Shard yelled after him "ZERO!!! DOING THIS WONT BRING HER BACK!" He stopped dead and spun around glaring, his face contorted in rage. Shard had caught up now and spoke more softly. "Rosemary died a long time ago. It was tragic and you have shamed her memory by doing your acts in her name. she wouldn't have wanted this from anyone especially you!" he took a deep breath surprised by the rising emotion in his own voice, and continued. "I don't know what that filth told you he did but if you help him, you'll just being serving the bastards that killed her!"
Zero narrowed his eyes at this and glanced down at Riku. "Leave him here and I'll forget I saw you. Besides, he'll be dead in 26 hours if he doesn't get the antidote to the poison I shot him with. He needs to be airlifted to Prime for it to be administered."
Zero just stared. He then droped Riku and said "Fine. but remember. It was both of the leaders who did it." Said that, Zero continued on his way without riku. "Oh!" Said Zero "Rose never wanted to be called that. To me she was Ceil". Imshard then picked up Riku and headed back.

Shard didn't even bother notifying the local commanders.
He pulled out his satcom and the chopper was there in 20 minutes.
12 hours later Riku was given a counter dose and safely locked up inside a in cell in the most secure and heavily guarded fortress prison on the planet. PizzaTraz. He still wouldn't be awake for 15 hours.
"Ugh, where am I?" I thought as I looked around. I reconized the tranq that was used on me. I looked at my watch. I was awake 14 hours too early. That was good. And I was still in my true form! This place, if it was pizzatraz, it wasn't as guarded as everyone said it was. Must be because they weren't expecting me to wake up yet. Haha, their mistake. Poisons and tranqs never did have the desired effects on me.
I checked my equipment. The hidden compartment on my forearm hadn't been found. So I still had my beam saber. It was similar to Zero's, only mine was black, instead of green. All my squipment was black. I then checked my Shoulder compartment. My energy shield was still there as well. Haha, getting out of here was going to be easy.
I pulled out the shield and turned it on. I used it to cut my way out of the cell I was in. So easy. I then pulled out my sword with my other hand. They were sure to have heard the noise. It would have been easier to cut my way out of the window, but I decided I'd be nice, and exit through the front door. I watched as a few of the guards came running. Then I smiled evilly. Noone on the pizza side knew that my true form has supremely unmatchable speeds. Before the guards knew what happened, I was begind them, laughing maniacally as their heads fell off.
I started running at a normal, human pace down the nearest corridor. These idiots. Apparently, they had it set up so you could fing your way out, with maps all over the place. The first map I saw told me I was going in the right direction. I was surprised. There weren't very many guards to deal with. Sure, I had already killed 100 in the most gruesome way possible (how could you expect anything less? I've hated these guys my whole life!), but it just wasn't enough. There didn't seem enough guys to satisfy my true form's insatiable bloodlust.
Then I came to the exit. I was very happy, and it showed on my face in my supremely evil grin. There were about 200 guards guarding the entrance. Too bad Shard wasn't here. I wanted revenge, but I'm sure Zero would want it more once he found out the truth. I reaced up and pressed a button by my eye. My visor came down and closed over my entire face, except my eyes. The guards opened fire. I put up my sheild, and watched with growing dismay as about helf of the guards fell to their own bullets.
The other half were smart, they stopped firing. Too bad for them, it was their best way to get me. I charged in and killed them all. One of them was a true piece of work. He was the last one, and he begged me not to kill him. I couldn't fulfill his last request. I tore him apart, piece by gruesome peace. His guts were sprayed all over the wall. His body parts were flung up into the ceiling. Haha, I loved it a little too much. I was even singing "deck the halls with lots of guts, falalalala, lalalala" while I was doing it. It brought my kill count for the prison up to 310, and my total kill count up to 999 all together in my true form.
As soon as I left the prison, I set out to find Zero. Along the way, a pizzateer was unfortunate enough to become my 1000th kill. Eventually, I found Zero's hideout. "Hey, what the hell are you doing here?" he asked. "Simple, I've come to tell you the truth about that day" I answered. "I was there when Ceil was killed. I saw who did it. It was him. It was your brother. It was Shard!"
Riku:

Zeor's eyes went to little beads as he heard this news. "T-that can't be right! I-I saw it with my own eyes!" stuttered Zero. "NO! I saw him kill Ceil. They must have changed your memory to believe that." Said Riku. As Zero heard this, his shock turned to rage. "So He also killed my friends to?" asked Zero. (His friends are Fefnir, Lavi,and Harpuna) "yes" said Riku coldly. Zero then Dashed out of his makeshift hideout and headed toward where he last saw Imshard. When he got to town, Zero saw imshard leading his troop away. "You will pay brother. you will pay" Said Zero as he followed them. At a rest stop for them, Imshard got some new troops, but he didn't notice that one of them was Zero in disguise.

"Hehe" I thought. "if he had known who I really was, he wouldn't have taken off like that. I remember who I was before I was abandoned. I am Ceil's younger brother!"
That was true. And it is also why I fight with such a passion. Deep down, my subconscious remembered that fact. Even if I didn't. It was about time. My first mission against my former masters. Shard was the one who killed her, but it was the tacodiers who ordered it. It was a joint effort to lure Zero into a trap. Hmph, the Tacodier general who spearheaded the mission was going to pay. I knew him, he was one of my former best friends. He would die in a gruesome way. Just like all the others. Heh, I would end this war my way. With the death of all the leaders from both sides!
Shard knew Zero had to be nearby. He had the creeping feeling of approaching death. It was a feeling that had kept him alive on many occasions, against many enemies. Troops had been turning up with their heads removed. That and they had Riku pinned, they were clearly allies now. One couldn't be far from another.
Problem was the whole area was a front line. TacoDieros were just a mile away across a muddy field. The problem was the hole they had finally trapped Riku in, was an antiaircraft battery. And the positioning was too awkward for the artillery to hit it.
Riku had already demonstrated what happened if they tried to storm it by foot.
The Pizza's own knack for fortifying positions thwarted mobile armor solutions and large munitions like rocket launchers. Stalemate. If Riku emerged 116 rifles and 5 guard towers full of snipers would tear him apart. There was no cover for a hundreds yards around the pit. Despite the speed and agility he had exhibited getting in (which had VERY impressive to watch), there was no way he could escape. It was a very perfect stalemate.
They were still able to repulse the Taco pushes easily and there were still enough AA guns to force back enemy air cavalry and bombers. If they pushed too hard on this spot though, there could be trouble.
It made field commander Calzone very anxious.
Shard reviewed the security footage from the prison once again. Riku had waken up early in the medical wing. the antidote had weakened the poison to much it appeared. Then he opened compartments in his body. By the Pasta is he even human anymore? was he ever? They had known what he was capable of. its why the cell they had made for him rested at the bottom of a 300 ft. shaft in lowest sub-basement. The walls had been sloped in and made of frictionless material to prevent climbing. The only way out was a retractable crane and the hole sealed by a plug of pure metal. But no. Riku had woken up in the medical wing unguarded, next to a gate half a mile from the actual prison buildings. And killed a battalion on the way out. His chance to be incarcerated was gone now. Nobody escaped from the heart of pizza territory like that and definitely not from Pizzatraz. The high command itself had ordered his execution ASAP. When he had been caught in the trenches, they had brought in Shard and a selection of the Pizza military's best commandos. Even a few mercenaries had been brought in.
Problem was they still had a stalemate. the fact that the AA gun was on a mound with a manned bunker under it guaranteed he couldn't dig his way out either. A man with a dead mans switch attached to a very large bomb inside the bunker was ready to end them both ensured it. Solid stalemate. So where was Zero?
Then Shard suddenly knew what to do. He stood and marched out the bunker towards the mound with Riku.
"RIKU VALENTINE GET YOUR ASS OUT HERE RIGHT NOW AND TELL ME WHY YOU TRICKED ME INTO KILLING CEIL!"
(READ THIS, SHARD! YOU MIGHT LEARN SOMETHING! LIKE, I'M THE ENEMY OF BOTH SIDES NOW!)
While the pizzateers had a fake in a stalemate, the real me was going to do my mission. I snuck into the enemy base. The tacodiers were ordered to shoot me on sight now. This would be fun! Each tacodier I came across, I left my mark. A blazing X across their chest. The most fun part was going to be fighting my old friend. We knew each others fighting skills. Or, at least, I knew his. Noone on either side knew my true skills. Hmph, why am I refering to him as my old friend? I left my emotions long ago, when I lost my humanity and became the killing machine that I am. The only thing that existed in my cold, metal shell, was respect. That and a feeling of trust. I felt that I could trust Zero with avenging my sister's death.
I soon came to his room. He was heavily guarded. My kill count was now 1000 pizzateers and 1000 tacodiers. Soon to be 1001 tacodiers. I cut the door into splinters. It exploded inward. I soon found a gun pointed at my face. I was too fast to let this happen. Had remembering Ceil slowed my senses? Well, no time to think about that now. I sliced off the arm. The dude realed in pain. Funny. Yet another victim that I could not remember the name of. I started to laugh as his head rolled away from me.
As I was sneaking out, I heard gunfire amongst the pizzateers. It seemed Zero had deceived the Tacodiers into believing one of them was a traitor, but they couldn't figure out which one it was.
Imshard:

Zero saw his chance. He was behind Imshard, looking like a normal pizzateer. He could stay hidden if he just sat on the chair he was on, but he could not take the rage of it. He played Ceil's murder in his head over and over again. Every time he saw it he got madder and madder. Then the back of his chair broke in two.(He was siting in it backwards. you know where you lean against the front.) This got Imshard and the two pizzateer's attention. "you alright?" said one of them as Zero got up. Zero said nothing as he pulled out his sword's hilt and use his Chain Rod mode to cut off the two pizzateer heads and cut imshard's cheek. Zero's red armor looked as it glowed as he changed his Chain rod back to a Energy Sword. Then he said "You will pay for it, brother".
"I have remembered something important" I confessed. "Now I need to kill the tacodiers as well. I was not abandoned. My parents loved me. They defended me with their lives. They were slain and I was taken away. Ceil was away that day. I believe she was at school or something."
(cheap riku, very cheap. PS I understood already.)
Ah so there he was.
Zero was frightening in his plain faced rage.
At least half of the weapons in the surrounding trenches swung to face them.
The sound of rotary guns spinning up was plain to hear. Shard held up a hand.
"leave it to me boys, if I fail then you can waste him."
A flicker of realization flashed across Zero's face when he realized what a foolish move he had made. Shard spoke again.
"You are a dangerous man brother and hard to defeat, but very predictable. What is the third trap you've fallen into? or the fourth? I can't tell recall. Though this is probably the biggest yet."
The snarled answer was more an animalistic growl than a man's voice.
"Shard you are truly honor-less. I should have had your guts a long time ago"
Shard actually looked pained. "I'll give you your chance Zero, but there is something you need to know first."
"I'VE WAITED LONG ENOUGH!"
"Zero that night was a trap as well. A trap for you. It was probably the only way the Tacos would have collaborated with us. You had become a loose cannon and the Pizzas couldn't control your unit anymore, and your kill count was too high for the Tacos to ignore anymore." Zero looked confused but at least he wasn't about to charge anymore.
"They had found out who you were seeing. They already knew who your family was. That's when Riku stepped forward and volunteered his own sister as bait." Zero went pale as understanding swept through him. "At the time all I knew was she was tied to the Tacos.
Riku tricked me, he told me she was a spy. That she was manipulating you. I believed him. To me she was a traitor, I wanted to protect you. When my commander told me your unit had turned I wanted revenge on you all. So when the opportunity came I shot Ceil. Like a coward I shot her from a sniping nest half a klick away. Then I saw you, Fefnir, Lavi,and Harpuna. I couldn't do it. You blamed the Pizza command for sending you there. It was Riku that killed your comrades." Shard stopped he choked and wiped tears off. Zero watched him closely. "I couldn't kill you. I made sure you escaped. They court marshaled me, I spent two years in Pizzatraz for it before they lined me up in front of a firing squad. I lived though. Because I wanted revenge on Riku more than they wanted me dead. They couldn't believe it. I earned back my commission and I've been tracking him ever since. Whenever they tried to catch you, I made sure you got away."
"You can kill me now, if you want. But I'd appreciate it if you'd let me atone for my crimes."
Shard paused for a moment "Besides you know me too well. You know I can't lie, Are you gonna trust That half machine who stood by watching when Ceil died or your own flesh and blood?"
