The ocean part is quite mysterious though. What's an "ozoneocean"?

It's just this: Ozone baby
Plus this: The Ocean

Nothing more mysterious than the tracklist on the big Remasters Zeppelin box set… Which actually has them in the reverse order. But the names had deeper resonance for me, of course, which is why I took them as my nick.

…An ozoneocean would be a superfantastic ocean of deeeeeep blue freezing cold O3, which would be reactive as hell, but look lovely ^_^

Nico Cipriani, because I'm all about shameless self-promotion.

And vaguely Italian musicians.

Actually I was planning to change the person each time I introduced a new character, but I kind of fell behind on that before it even began.

I tend to always put characters from my comics as my avatar as a bonus way to promote the art. I never really use any sort of "online persona" thing. The one I got right now is actually a cropped bookmark I made for conventions of one of the main characters in A Loonatic's Tale.

My current one is cropped from one of the pages of the Stick Man 10th Anniversary that hasn't gone live yet. It's a parody of those Newport cigarette ads that say "Alive with pleasure".

Dead…with pleasure. Stick Smokes.

Currently it's Brigadier General Louis "Lew" Armistead. Because with my receding hairline and salt and pepper hair we look alike. And I've always wanted to put a hat on a sword and lead a valiant but hopeless charge against enemy guns.

I was going to do an animated promo for my comics. I did very well with it until I got a new computer for my 18th and all my data had to be transferred. Then my dad thought it would be smart to partition my hard drive. And for some reason while continuing ot screw arond with it the partitions merged and I lost access to the files.
All I had was a screenshot. And I cut my avatar out of it.

It's well overdue an update.

Stole mine from a political commentary and modified it to annoy one of my professors back in college. I liked it and it kinda stuck around.

*points at banner* but this one is from my other comic, where Bobby comes in as a cameo in every page…

Transformers Prime, a 2010 reboot of the classic 80s show based on the toy-line of the same name. It was between that and a G.I. Joe Renegades avatar. Because those are the only two shows based around Hasbro toys I have ever watched.

Well, mine is a hippie van, which comes from my name, obviously.

What is maybe not as obvious is the origin of my username…it was the name of the comic I originally signed up on drunkduck to post. It was pretty terrible, but fortunately it only took me about 6 pages to realize that. There were probably 30 pages that never made it to drunkduck.
I mean, Izzy Wanders isn't a chef-d'oeuvre by any means, but Hippie Van was horrible even compared to that. : (
