Oh pish tosh!
The 24 inch widescreen on my home desk is warm, but no warmer than the output of my comp. My 21 inch Cintiq is warm to the touch, but nothing notable.
I don't really check out my other LCD comp screens too closely so I can't comment on those, but My LCD TV isn't warm at all.- that's because it's edge lit by LEDs instead of the usual lamps.

I was just about to post this, too.

Very sad day. He was one of my favorite vocalists. Been hoping it was just a joke like five years ago when the website said he died.

Someone had to say it.

UGH! Work today was super busy! The weather has suddenly turned cool, but as usual the air conditioner on the train is still set to ARCTIC and in the office as well. These people totally lack a temperature sense, they see the sun in the sky as assume it must be warm…
Why didn't evolution get rid of these idiots? All they need is a lovely Ski-trip to hypothermia town. -_-

Meanwhile, I spent the day frozen to the bone. I really, really hate air-conditioning.

If I found myself in that situation, I'd bring in my full cold weather gear the next day and put it on in the office and on the train. Maybe after seeing you wearing winter gear they'll get the message… or not…

get yo' jealous faces on mutha truckas! I just bought a $45 DVD box set using a Big W gift card I got for Christmas. This box set had the two disc special editions of the movies Alien, Aliens, Alien 3, Alien Resurrection, Aliens Vs Predator, Aliens Vs Predator: Requim, Predator, and Predator 2. 45 Bucks! Bargain! That's 16 DVDs with over 17 hours of special features alone! I KNOW you've got to be jealous.

Hmm, 8 movies.

Technically you just paid 11$ for the two aliens vs predator movies *points and laughs*

Sorry, could you repeat that? It's hard to see what you wrote with you being green with envy.

What up dudes, I am back from work stuff and there will totally be like a newspost tonight and stuff unless I sort of take an accidental nap or something whatever

I really, really hate air-conditioning.

I used to rely on it in mid-July Idaho heat. Hardly anyplace here uses air conditioning though, and now it just feels unnatural and uncomfortable when I walk into someplace that has it. It's invariably cranked too low. Thank goodness most businesses don't bother having it, which is kind of odd, because I find most people in England to be huge babies about it being either too warm or too cold out.

There was a sauna in the hotel and I liked to sit in it and pretend I was back in Idaho baking in the dry heat. B) 120 degrees and no sweat, yeah.

I was having a pretty good day but then I realised I posted my super witty remark as the last comment of the page.

Hey Iceland, where's the deluge of fine volcanic glass particles you promised us? I haven't seen anything but glorious sunshine all day and yes, I'm complaining about it as any self respecting big British baby would!

Come on - we've more or less given up on you giving us our cash, but surely you can spare a little ash?

i could have sworn that i posted this awesome rant/complaint thing. but it's not here.

I don't even remember what i was going ot type about earlier.
——————–

also i tore my infraspinatus. that's what the shoulder pain i've been complaining about (three weeks or so ago) is.

The doctor did a pressure test, and my right arm generated 30 lbs of pressure, and my left arm did 11 and gave out.

this means 8 weeks of physical therapy and no working out.

Wow. I didnt expect that. I didnt expect that my email was read on air and commentated upon for around 20 minutes.

I dunno what to say…

1337 had a long day full of ups downs and hanging from the ceiling.

First I participated in my school's doing of the Day of Silence which araises the awareness of the stupid shit people say to others because someone is gay. I think every single person is equal and if you dislike tham because that person likes a person of their sex, that is bullshit based off stupid things because…argh. Not gonna get into it. If anyone's rude about this I will say fuck you. Please don't be. Emotional thing for me since I have friends who are gay and lesbian and hate people who are predjudiced…said I wouldn't get into it…
Unfortunately, or fortunately, I may have lost a friend who didn't like that I was supporting this. He walked away from me and sat with someone else. Not good. But he said some stupid shit (all bout the shit) like "Well I don't mind if they're girls." Couldn't tell if it was a joke. I don't know if it was. People suck. No puns cause it's not funny.
Couldn't keep being silent because I had to act at drama but stayed it for the whole school day. And ten minutes. Heh, heh, heh.

Well let's get positive.
Walked over to the auditorium early and I was hyper. Got in 'cause a teacher was there and had an hour to spend. So I looked around and lo and behold we have a Batman costume. Put on the mask and cape and…went into the parking lot. Hung from trees, sat on high ledges…poles…art, and …other stuff…cars. Can you spell "how to scare the shit out of multiple people"? Had 7 screams, 70? laughs, and more than I counted "What the hell are you doing Joey?" It was great. Scared an entire classroom full of people. That was most the screams. IT WAS GREAT.
But I was really hyper at rehearsal. Uncontrollably hyper. Was a very feminine King Arthur, Batman, Bruce Wayne, Batman, Batman, Batman, a couple different variations of a man in a straight jacket, and the goddamn Batman acting as Bruce Wayne.
Hit my break point. Calmed down. Ate more cake. Repeat.

Back to bad. Got pissed at brother. He's being a dick lately.
My good friend too. Not the one from before…

Watched Igor. TERRIBLE MOVIE. No really it sucked. Not funny, terrible voice actors (Jon fuckin Cusack), and terrible animation.

end 1337 day. for now.

^that's such a typical straight guy thing 'hurr dur i hate dem fags but lesbians r so sweet, well not the butch ones lolol'. Though it's easy to come out to a guy when you're female, unless they're one of those retards that needs female sexuality to revolve around them; 'How do you know if you've never been with a guy?' 'you just haven't met the right guy' 'you're too pretty to be straight' etc.

Anyways i think you're very cool for doing that.

Today's been slow as fuck. I haven't gotten anything done today and i've been eating out of boredom. On a good note making that dating sim is going to be surprisingly easy :) RenPY is awesome.

Wow… spent the past few hours playing Rune Factory Frontier. This game is pretty fun. It's got a lot of things I want in an RPG… Crafting (forging, cooking, alchemy), farming, a town full of people to interact with, and dungeon crawling. And a nice spirit system that if done right can speed up the growth of your crops, which means big money. And befriending monsters will allow you to have them work your fields for you so you can just do the dungeon crawling every day. However…

Despite the fact that the general store owner closed up shop and is working at his former rival's store, I still want to smash his face in with my Two Handed Flaming Bastard Sword…

But oh god the keys are tiny, I have to use my thumbnails to do it. I hate not being tiny sometimes =(
