Rant, Moan and Rave - 2010 edition
I spent the last 2 days on gaia instead of doing my comic ;-; Luckily i'm remembering why my visits don't last more that 1 week per year. I read through some comic creator archive and i swear i'll barf if i see another;
-mary sues parents were killed when she was young

i used to go on giai a little bit. i actually made a bones character. ….was almost kicked off more than once. hahaha!
There are times when I'm tempted to start a community comic… slice of life type comic (think Japan's comic Lucky Star)… Completely random, hilarious, funny stuff based on what I keep finding on the forums. And I'd have everyone join in, each with their own funny random comic based on what they find on the forums as well. Too bad I only have enough time for one comic ('til I learn how to draw really REALLY FAST)…You should do what I do and make every single one of your comics crappy.

I hate it when I have free time to myself and I have nothing to do. What's worse is there are things that I probably should do and be productive but I'm always 'Nah let's refresh the internet for the billionth time'.
maybe i spoke prematurely yesterday. but dang did that tick me off. we sat down, had a giant argument which eventually turned into a discussion, and things were worked out. rules against that kind of thing were laid out, as a do not cross line.

I hate rainy days. They make me feel depressed. Sometimes I want to just want to go out and go on a window shopping spree (not the kind that involves actually buying WINDOWS of any sort). But I'm too tired… graveyard shifts can sometimes hit you hard in the morning. I can only guess it's like taking a shot of EverClear (I hear that stuff hits you like an MMA punch to the face). Oh, well…
I guess I can TRY to go to sleep. But the lawnmowers on both sides of my house, the road construction out on the main street, pickup trucks with megaphones urging people to vote, and the sound of trucks going by on that road (slowing up thanks to the construction) are making things difficult…
I just learned that my mums boyfriend is a scumbag. He comes to see his son on saterdays. He hasnt been to see him in 2 weeks. Last time he was around he was high. He was talking to himself and constantly giggling. His eyes where fucked and he stank of weed.
I had no problem with the guy up till now. You don't come to see your 3 year old son while your'e off your head on drugs. I didn't know until a while ago but he's constantly threatening my mum and squaring up to her. He's shit scared of me and my bro. He acts all nice guy while we're there but then when we're gone he's trying to be a big man by slapping her around. Trying to figure out if we should go to his house to beat his face in.

Lovely. Somehow my computer is infected with malware. I keep going onto sites on my sister's computer to try and figure out what to do but they all tell me to download different things which I can't since my browsers aren't working. I tried putting the anti-malware on my flashdrive, but it's not helping. Looks like we gotta call the computer guy again. At least I already have my important files saved on my flashdrive. Looks like I'll have to rely on my iPhone for a while though. :/

Make sure you restore it back to a time when you didn't have the malware issue. Of course. :)

I just sliced my thumb clean open while I was making food, and it hurts like hell. it didn't help that I was chopping lemons neither, because the juice got into the wound and made it sting even more.
MY GOD, it hurts sooo much that it's making me angry.
I cleaned it off and flushed the wound of all lemon juice. thankfully it isn't too deep a cut. it might leave a tiny scar though.
I thought it was bigger than it really was, due to all the blood. sometimes it's weird how those tiny wounds can let out a lot of blood, eh?
It's only slightly more deeper and wider than a paper cut… so I put a band-aid on it.
it hurts to type using that thumb now, so I'm trying not to use it too much now.

I'm getting frustrated with one of my papers. Its on separation of church and state. Its a research paper. It would be fine if I could just give the historic stuff. But no! We have to say how the government is doing it right now. Is it not doing it well enough or if it doing too much. I can't really find much on it and it is pissing me off. D:<

Aaaagh! - agreed to do a 10+ page story in two months. The theory is, this will help me to find ways of speeding up my working processes in the limited time I have. The reality is denial - acceptance - realisation - desperation - caffeine overdose.
