Granted…but nothing happens…nothing bad that is…but because there has always been something bad happening and ruining said wishes countless times previously you live the rest of your life enjoying the beautifu weather but with the unanswered dread hanging over you waiting for the bad thing to occur and to which causes you to live a miserable but quite comfortable life til you die.

I wish I could cure diseases…

Granted, but in curing the existig diseases, you gave birth to super-strains of NEW diseases that wipe out almost all life on earth…except for Rob Liefeld, who goes on to create a new genre of generic superheroes that no one cares about. The designs are so bad in fact, that they reach alien civilizations who are outraged. They fly to Earth and kill the survivors of your super-diseases. Way to go.
