man, skip a class or something if you have to. you wont fuckin fail. yer gonna get yourself sick and then you'll REALLY be in a world of hurt. take a fuckin break soon. i know it's easier said than done, but if you can do it,do it. if there's stress or something else keeping you from sleeing when you need to, get it checked out.i'm serious lba.

Nah, I can sleep when I need to. It takes me 2 minutes to fall asleep when I'm this tired anyway. I think I'm close enough to caught up that I can afford to take it easy once I leave class tonight. I'm 20 minutes away from being done with that editorial illustration project that's been giving me so many problems with the designer, because after this, he can't make any changes if he wants to finish his part on time. And once that's done, the other stuff will fall into place.

My cheat really hurts from coughing. It's been a week, and I still feel just as sick as I was when it started. At least tennis is over and I get out at 1:00 tomorrow. :(

Wet hair makes me feel like crap.

It's nice until it starts to dry and it gets all funky.

so it's official!IM A FRAGGIN FIRE FIGHTER!

Congratulations!

This was the year without a summer in New Jersey. Okay, we had a few weeks but it seems Global Warming just passed us right by.

I rescreened the movie Rio Grande with John Wayne and Maureen O'Hara. J. Carroll Naish is the perfect Sheridan and Maureen O'Hara gives a far more subtle performance than I ever noticed before. This time I looked up the uniforms and they are more accurate than I would have thought.

Creeping along with my script and trying to get it surreal. That'll probably best be achieved in the editing.

It was pretty much the same deal in Wisconsin as well.

Ew, i should have known this was a bad idea from the start but my friend gave me a thumb drive of music he likes which is just….i mean i know i shouldn't talk since i'd rather listen to super mainstream girly music but 'underground' stuff is fucking horrid. I've flipped through about 50 of them now trying to find one that doesn't make my ears try to crawl into my skull and beat my brain.

..actually i'm not even sure if this is underground music, or what the christ it is, they're all fucking erratic and weird and i've never heard of them before(except maybe Muse, that ones pretty nice). I guess some only instrumental/newage ones are pretty nice, though i had all the Micheal hedges CD's. (duplicaaaaattesss ffffff-)

Sigh… i've got about a thousand more to flip through and hate, hopefully i'll find some likable bands or I've got a assload of deleting to do.

I hope he's not one of those dipwads that get offended when you don't like their music. He seemed nice enough but he was really, really, into music and those types tend to be dr. jekyll/mr. hyde about it. I feel i have to try them since he went through all the effort of compiling them -_-

Muse is one of those British things Americans say are obscure or 'underground' (I hate that term) because they're not very well known in America. Like the Young Ones or STEPHEN FUCKING FRY!!

Edit: some fucker has stolen my milk, and since there's only three other people with access to the fridge, I have a pretty good idea of who it might be. That was a full fucking bottle, where the hell did he put it? Did he just drink the entire thing right there?

My other theory is that one of the cleaners chucked it away (it had been there a while, it might have gone past it's use by) but why would they be in the fridge? Besides, they'd have left a note or something.

I got a possible opportunity to hang some work in the local theatre here for Gallery Night. I am stoked about this. Pretty much anyone in Milwaukee who is familiar with the art scene knows that Gallery Night is a pretty big event. The entire 3rd Ward ( an area of about 20 square blocks ) of the city, and a couple other places in the city, pretty much becomes a walking party with most of the galleries and arts-related venues hosting shows, along with the art museum and my school MIAD hosting work. So being able to get your work up anywhere in one of the galleries is pretty much a guarantee of at least getting a few people interested, and it's a good chance to get exposure.

This is something I don't mind skipping sleep to prepare for. But luckily, I've got most of my school work out of the way for now so I might not even have to do that.

So do i but i'm not familiar with music terms enough to express a band that 'no ones ever heard of' and 'which is probably a good thing because they're extremely shitty and the lyrics are pretentious', so 'underground' comes to mind.

I guess shitty would work, but that could be anything.

I think the word is 'indie'.

I've been messing around with the new Flipnote application for my DSi. It's a lot of fun. I'm very VERY tempted to create one about a top hat and things coming out of it (rabbits, gerbils, turtles, skoolmunkees, custard trouts, usedbooks, parkbenches, etc… ) . hehehe…

Get a room , you two!

In other news: What should I be for Haloween?
This is regarding this girl(s) I know doesn't dress me up…
Requirements:
-Cheap/everything I'll need I can get from myself or my friends.
-A costume that is both incredibly witty and/or bad ass.

I am picky/lazy and in the past just haven't dressed up.

So my mom randomly got a bowl and filled it with assorted candies. It's not Halloween yet… I wonder if this has anything to do with my boobs getting smaller (emphasis on the -er) due to loosing weight. My mama, she's a trickster!

Also, friend drama. I'm not involved, but somehow my crush is. I need the deets! I need 'em bad! *Eye twitch*

Huzzah for Leadership schools! i get to go learn the air force rules, that i haven't heard in the last four and a half years. not to mention the wierd hours that are ment for me not to go to the gym on my own time.

speaking of which, i had a horrible run time today. i started quickly, and thought i'd hold the pace for a bit longer, but i didn't. held it for 2 miles, slowed way down on the 3rd and 4th, and 5 and six.4 were 24 minutes total.yeah. so. yeah.

stuff about that guys music
Oh my god i take it back, some of this is fucking incredible i had no clue power metal could be so amazing, i totally get why some people are uber-nerds for this.

Actually if i block out the lyrics most of this is pretty awesome, then i become aware he's singing about being resurrected by an erection and other shit that makes most ganga banga rap songs hits like 'slippin knives into dem hoes like dicks(the twelve dicks in the trunks remix)' seem safe.

Thankfully there's no 'Shitday the Poopteenth'…

You're not suggesting that he should be a nudist for Halloween, are you?

No, but it's a much better idea. Do this instead.

Edit: Fuck, I'm even more out of shape than I thought. A ten minute walk to do laundry should not leave me drenched in sweat and nearly unable to breathe.

Accidentally inhaling that washing powder didn't help either.

Shouldn't that be 1000th? Oh, well…

Looks like that typhoon that's been bearing down on me is slowly heading north. But I won't breathe a sigh of relief just yet. Way back in 2002 there was a supertyphoon that looked like it was going to pass south of us. However, at the last moment it made a 90 degree turn north and made a mess of the entire island for the next ten hours or so. Lost my roof that day and my father got all stressed out. On top of that one of the fuel tanks got ripped open and set others on fire. The result was very long lines at the pump stations for nearly two weeks and lots of damage; where there were other wooden houses there was only foundation and plumbing left…

If this new monster decides to turn south I'll have to start looking for another home, or learn some basic carpentry so I can rebuild. I don't think this old house can withstand another supertyphoon now… :(
