After graduating in mid May, I finally got my diploma in the mail yesterday. I now officially have my Bachelor's of Science in Psychology and graduated Cum Laude.
My mom wants to talk to my fiance's mom about getting us matching diploma frames. -.- Joy.
I was going to be at comic con this year, but then i blew all my money on getting a nicer place to live and a new phone.
Ben Templeton is the shit too. Wormwood Gentleman Corpse was a kickass book. I'm a bit jealous, especially since it seems like this was the year to go meet people too.
Rob Liefield can still die in a ditch though.

Threw up so many pages today and didn't get many hits to any.
Kinda sad.
Think I made about…5 pages today?
And I'll have like 5-6 more on monday.
Decided not to do pages on weekends anymore.
And today I did nothing but type out a story that will maybe break my writers block with big stories and start a chapter in a story my friend and I have been writing.
Gotta shrink that banner so I can fit some more.
Instead of sleeping last night I made myself keep getting up and writing down comic ideas and drawing out thingies.
And I'm perfectly fine only getting five hours of sleep.
But on the brighter side I did finish page one of that comic I had wanted to do for forever called Sticks and Thicks, an almost end to the first story in 13, and start work on another project called 2020. And I also managed to get a billion I am's done. And my mafia voting poster which I believe to be genius. And I'm starting a couple more projects with Modenkind (turning my story Plastic into a comic but I'll have to change the name, Skullbie you…), Alwinbot (It's a Dimmaworld which has been meant to start for months), and Genejoke (maybe I'll draw some Malefic Tales.).
And today I woke up to a face that hates me.
And I still feel great.
(I know it's not the right scene, by the way.)
Today's been all right! I feel like I'm on holiday (even though it's pretty much a working holiday), my best friend found a job just in time (she was of the batch of unemployed who get screwed over next month), the house is cleaned, the lawn is mowed, the car is washed, and some of the junk is relocated out of the house to various charities/recyclers/etc…. AND I've just decided to get indian food tonight. That always makes for a good night.
Well i might have gotten a job doing comics, my webcomic is like 2 pages away from finishing, and i'm back on some kind of exercise program. My degree will also prolly be done next year.
Mom got TV in her room so i've been watching it. I get to watch infomania and Vanguard again (awesome documentary show, the people have real emotions and not this manufactured 'stay detached' crap while people die at their feet) And i'm now addicted to this awful show called Jersylicious =_= I rage at it constantly but there's this weird draw to the characters.
Con fatigue.
Some great pics during the con, lots more hat admirers, Loyd Kaufman of aroma took my photo!
I have no interest in the games, the movies, the tv shows or any of the big commercial comics, what I love there are all the independents, exhibiting artists, and the web comicers…
Unfortunately the webcomic area is teeny and dominated by the few mega sized ones, so there was simply not much to see there :(
I'll post some more pics on my Flickr account.

just woke up and man, I had the most bizarre dream.
I'm one of those people that when I got used to my nightmares a long time ago, and thus were no longer scared of them… my subconscious then HAD to be creative.
That was the case for this Zombie-related dream.
I dreamt that I was this woman who were a singer in life…but she was aging, and her voice was going. so she would soon be without a job and without the fame she so desired.
So she makes a deal with the devil for three things: a siren-like voice, eternal youth and immortality. She made sure to be highly specific about how she wanted those things, just to make sure that the devil couldn't sour the deal. She actually felt proud of herself, thinking that she had thought of every possible situation.
And in return, she gives up her soul, as in most cliched stories.
But there was four things she did not expect:
1. Having a soul apparently also meant the ability to feel and think in human terms. so she basically became an emotionless doll after the deal.
2. There was a zombie outbreak not too long after.
3. Being immortal didn't mean she was completely immune to the zombie disease, like she thought at first. You see, she was eternally young AND immortal, which meant that the devil simply just gave her the power of regeneration, not overall invincibility to everything. So she could "die" as many times as she wanted, but the regeneration could revive her every time.
4. Mix that with the zombie disease, then you basically got a very pretty immortal half-zombie lady with a great voice. And unlike the other zombies, she did not decay or anything like that. She discovered later on that she could somehow control the zombies by singing.
People noticed this, and started calling her the zombie queen…. there was even a few who thought that she was directly responsible for the outbreak, but she wasn't.
And in the end, in less than 100 years she became the very last human on earth. For the zombies (and her) had killed off all the humans with their undying hunger. And then the zombies naturally decayed into nothingness after there was nothing left to eat.
So, she found herself completely alone in the world… with only her singing voice to keep her company.
That is, until the Aliens came looking to colonize the planet, and the zombie problem started all over again….
I woke up at the alien bit, so I don't know how it goes from there.. but knowing my subconscious, I know how it happens. She probably found a way to travel the stars, using the abandoned spaceships the zombie aliens left behind.
Look at this message I just got from some random guy.
