While I've been at work this morning, Fiance got everything straightened out. We have the church and hall booked for May 28, 2011. At the reception, we only have to pay for food because the inlaws are live in the golf course community that the ballroom is at. So everything is cool now. I'll be forking up the 400 dollars tomorrow. But my parents might reimburse me a bit.

Just wondering if it's anyone's birthday soon?

Nope, I don't think so. People would have said so wouldn't they?

——————————————-

To 1337: Why would you tell anyone? Have you american children been brainwashed so much that you actually think that weed is a bad thing? There is nothing wrong with it as long as you don't overdo it. It clears your head, making you more alert when you're not using it. It numbs pain, making it the ideal remedy to things like headaches and burned fingers. :P And why does it bother you that they're using it?

I've never used any kinds of drugs (Apart from asperin, coffee and alcohol, lots of alcohol), mostly because I want to be in control of myself at all times. Kroatz does not condone the use of drugs unless it is extremely funny or has no serious sie effects.

——————————————-

Niccea: Congratz, I hope you'll have fun thinking about finally having everything sorted.

——————————————-

Bravo1102: Did you learn not to fall down elevator shafts again? Anyways, I hope the scars aren't too bad, and congratulations on taking a shower. Achievement unlocked. :P

Define "bad thing". If you mean as in "will get you hooked and addicted" then no it's not really nearly as bad as many other things out there. However if we're talking "goddamn potheads won't shut the hell up about it's benefits and how it grows braincells", then yes it's a very bad thing.

And yes, I'm back. For a short while. I've been dealing with a full schedule, 3 studio classes, going full-time at work and my upcoming senior thesis, which is going to be (potentially) one of the most offensive things I've ever done a graphic story of. Namely this song ( warning: may be NSFW) Link

Today is my sister-in-law's 51st. Happy birthday Carolyn!

And 71 years ago today Britain and France declared war on Germany; the legal beginning of the Second World War.

I have got to finish scripts rather than starting more!

My Communication Theory class has me submitting homework via a blogspot account,
Oh I HATED that when I studied post grad in interactive multimedia design and such.
Of course we also had to program up our own blogs and photo-sharing apps from scratch in PHP… And there was NO way to get out of doing those classes D:

Yup. Those guys need to STFU.

I have a work colleague who's been planning and planning… The big date is exactly a year from now, in Phuket (Malaysia), the budget is already topping 50K, and that's not Malaysian money.
Crazy.

I know, He's soooo adorable ^^

YAY! I finally got a great pair of replacement uggboots! They have the proper soles as well! Big, strong, solid, spikey soles! Not those pissy foamy crap things they love to put on them. And they're in my fave style and colour too! Yay!
Expensive though :(

As soon as I got home I had a big fat tomcat wrapped around them, trying to tear holes in THESE ones too! Grrrr!

Before I start, this is not an anti dog rant - it's an anti people who don't clean up after their dogs rant.

Okay, so there's shit everywhere because people don't clean up after their dogs and it makes me wonder what these people's homes must be like. It's all I can do to steer my two kids around shit every time we go out.

Well this morning we come across an old dear lying in the road and she can't get up. Turns out she took her little doggy out for a walk, as old dears do and being a decent sort of person who doesn't like to think of little children having to skate on shit to get to school, she bends over to clean it up, only to topple head first into the curb. Thankfully the ambulance didn't take long to arrive.

I suppose there's a moral there: if you want to live a long and healthy life, be a shithead and leave your shit everywhere. Maybe there'll be a happy ending and some thoughtless dog owner will step in the shit she never managed to clean up.

The signs to the bathrooms (Mens or Womens) are taped to the wall.

My school sucks.

Goddamn construction's gonna be screwed with by the hurricane anyway.

I mean wind will just blow their little platforms all the way down.

With a huff! And a puff! And a heebeedee jeebeedee!

Im in kansas city for my first ren faire. Ive got a room with a jacuzzi. It was only 6 bucks more than the basic room.

Thought kansas would be different than the sterotypes, but when we crossed the state line i could see the "welcome to colorado" sign.

Im joking, i could only see the topeka city line sign.

If anyones in the area send me a pq.

The drive was pretty awesome. Ive got nothing else.

Oh right, kc has the 4 gees. Not as fast as promised.

I've gained at least 7 kg since I last weighed myself! (couple of years ago)
All that exercise paid off woot!
Jebus I used to be skinny…

It won't be equal until she slips in it and bashes her head on the curb, though. There's always hope, at any rate.

I started graduate school! There's two four-page papers due every week, four presentations this semester, and tremendous amounts of reading.

I sensed this great magnitude of stuff I've yet to learn, and for the first time in a long time felt really excited. There was this feeling of profound rightness, like "This is exactly what I should be doing. There is nothing I would rather do." It's wonderful.

A functioning smoke detector so when the putrid meat starts getting gaseous you'll know whether you have something to worry about or not.
Happy Birthday!

Ohhh, she's quite proud of her gaseousness…

…doh! >.<
Accidentally deleted one of Pit's posts. Lucky ayes quoted it so I could past it back in with her other one.
Whew!

No, only if it's on the 11th or one of the three days after that. So, I guess Just Pit and me. Pit Face, I feel so connected right now. It's like we're one ridiculously handsome person in two very different bodies, thinking nothing alike.
