Well, it looks like I wasn't fired yet!

They kicked FIVE people (two for not having completed their "certificate exams" which you need to do at this company as they're ISO certified… two for causing too much ruckus rather than working, including fighting in front of one of the directors, oops! and one for not sure what exactly)… and the remaining TEN from my team was spread along other lines, so rather than second shift next week, it's first shift again and I've been moved to pretty much the other end of the hall.

Finished my last exam today! Woohoo!

Also, my mom bought a house. Guess she'll be moving out sometime in July. :\

Is something wrong with the 'This Just In' category? Not that I dislike the comic whatsoever, but Pewfell's been up there for hours now while other people have been since updating. I've checked it on two separate computers now.

I think they're working on updating things. I just went to "add a page," and the process is different now. Actually, it's kinda cool to see stuff, um, happening.

Huh. Apparently I got 430 views in an hour yesterday. Considering I updated at like 11.

How?

One rabbid stalker fan, reloading the crap out of your comic… waiting and waiting for you to update.

BUT YOU NEVER DID!!! @_@

Dunno, could be a fault to do with the new upload system, you never know.
————————

Out shopping today, in the fashionable part of town. It's winter here and people are dressing for it. I noticed that most of the ladies had this thing for tight jeans, knee high boots, and short jackets. The old cavalry look has come in again… what's that now, every 5 years? or is it 10? I forget. They look like extras from the original Battlestar Galactica. When Starbuck was still a guy.

-Is something really "fashionable" if everyone else is wearing the same look? Seems a little funny really.

-Saw a hipster guy on the train, complete with a crappy little moustache on his puffy, girly face. Why do they always look so very serious? As if they're contemplating the philosophy of being constipated?

-Amid all the fake riding boot fashion ladies there was one wearing super-tight above the knee stiletto heeled boots. Sexy boots. Very out of place. Never seen the like outside of comic books or stripclubs. Interesting :)

So if I go around wearing half a pair of pants, would that become a fashion trend? I still remember a couple years ago when wearing your jeans so they hang below your crotch with the zipper open was apparently the fashion trend among the teen guys around here…

Why would they change it? It didn't really have a problem before.

Oh hoho. I have like 2 on-off fans. They couldn't possibly bear to read my slop over and over and over and over again like that. It's torturous.

You ain't rid o' me yet! I'm still here! I won't be on very often and I know those of you who have read any of my comic, Stain on The Nation, would have either forgotten about it or given it up for dead. But it will return. I do have things planned for it.

Here, it's black leggings (of various lenghts) and high heels of the slightly "burlesque" looking kind (so no more of those silly super long "clown" pointy toes but instead either rounded toes or even open toes. FINALLY a good looking shoes season, haha. I think last year it was all flats.

(have to scout the places that sell larger sizes, need to stock up on nice looking heels myself… I'm actually waiting for a pair already!)

In other news… for some reason my comic's readership dropped even lower than it was before the feature, heh. Then again I don't really have time to promote it anywhere, so I guess it's just that.

OMG get a plumber! This one just wont flush D:

:) glad you're still here ginger.

I know what you mean. Those stupid gothic pointed toes… Gothic as in the medieval style of things not people wearing black.

I also haaaaaated the style for men's shoes, which was the extremely clownish, elongated, flat, squared-off toe. Absolutely horrible >,<

And just so I sound 100% gay in this post, I spent all weekend sewing. Funnilly enough at the end of it my hands smell exactly the same as they did when I used to make armour: blood, sweat, and hot steel. …from constantly gripping the needles. It's a nice smell. ^_^

Why is this site always so dead?

And heres my predicament.

If I dont pass media im getting kicked out of my house.
I dont have a job to support myself and i cant get one because i dont have experience and all the jobs around my area require experience.
If i do pass im gonna have to get a job anyway which means I'm gonna have no spare time or actual time to do media.
Its gonna cost £25 a week to get to college via bus.
Im gonna have to pay my mother £60 a week to live at home.
If i drop out and take the art course instead i wont have to pay £25 a week but i wont be able to live at home.

I dont need this shit! Ill just be an artist hobo.

Talking about jobs:
I just got hired at the best job ever. My shift starts at 10 in the evening and continues to two in the morning.
Me and about four or five other guys are all alone in a giant mega store, putting the right products in the right places for the next day. I get payed friggin' double the rate they usually pay and I get to play music as hard as I want. We can even watch movies and porn as long as the work gets done.

I'm so lucky.

Or film a long winded but wildly funny discussion of sex, ex-girlfriends, death and Star Wars and become the next great slacker-movie director. Let's see how about "Stocks"? But one character has to have a goatee.

All the update stuff has gone to hell and I can't seem to load anything other than new pages. No headers or title pages.
Then I'm stuck between projects and the wife is nagging me to clean up all my set building materials whereas medical paper work and newspapers dating back into the last century are "filed" everywhere.
I'm really thinking of inviting over her and my sisters, hiring a dumpster and making it all go away.

WTF?!!

…ugh. I'm stretched thin investigating reports in the forums, from PQs etc and reporting them off… And now this is another aspect of the problem I've not heard about yet!

I'm taking a break from this place till tomorrow. See ya guys. :(

Well, if it helps, things are working perfectly fine for me in the latest Firefox. But it's interesting to see such sudden changes.
